Found this dentist office online after a terrible experience at Aspen Dental earlier in the week. They took my insurance so I figured Id give it a shot. My story...I had tooth pain which I couldnt figure out and it had been ongoing for about 11 days and was constant. I was medicating with advil and an antibiotic trying to survive until I could find a dentist. After finally getting in to another office they gave me an odd diagnosis about wisdom teeth and told me I needed to wait 49 days until the once a month oral surgeon comes in and gave me three prescriptions. One I was allergic to and another I was already on. So I was worried about trying yet another dentist at this point but knew I had to. From the start at Metrowest Dental the receptionists were helpful, got me in to be seen in 3 days, called to get my records so I didnt need to and was caring when I showed up. I was greeted by an assistant who was helpful, listened to my concern and tried to set the Dentist (Dr. Smith) up with as much info as she could. When Dr. Smith introduced herself, she too asked many questions to understand my issue and then went to work. She suggested I may have a deep cavity causing the pain and she would do her best to help. She said she could get started right away!! She did and was thoughtful and helpful the entire way. Im now almost 5 days post my appointment and for the first time in a few weeks I havent had to take advil to survive the pain. We will see if this was the resolve, but my experience was great and their warm nature was important to me. I have booked a follow up to get a full exam and schedule all the other needs I have (more fillings for sure!). Thanks Dr. Smith for being prompt, caring, and helping to relieve my pain.

I have been with the same family dental office for the past 38 years. My new dental insurance was not one they excepted. So I had to find a new dental practice that I would be happy with. I was referred to Metrowest Dental Center by my niece who has been very happy with this group. My first visit was supposed to be a dental cleaning. Because I had recently had two hip replacements I had forgotten that I had to take antibiotics before any new dental procedure. My dental hygienist took the necessary health information and new x-rays. She then rescheduled me to come back later in the day when I could take my antibiotics so she could finish the dental cleaning. I was very impressed with her expertise and with her friendly, caring attitude. I was also very happy with my new dentist. She was very thorough and very friendly as well. I have to say that I was very happy I went with this new practice.

Metrowest Dental Center is an awesome office. From the front desk staff that welcomes you with smiles and help you every step of the way to make all your appointments, to the assistants and hygienists that treat you with the best care, and are very thorough with everything they do, to the awesome group of doctors that will give you the best care in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Very family friendly.

I love coming to this office. Everyone there from the front desk girls to the assistants to the doctors make you feel right at home. Im never nervous to have any work done there because I know Im receiving the best dental care around. The office is very clean and I couldnt be more happy with my choice of dental office!
