Good afternoon, My experience was less then fair to say the least. I really felt badly for the young lady that was doing my initial x-rays with little or no training. This was my first time at Aspen and did not think little or no training was possible here at this establishment. Once the x-rays were done I was moved to another room where someone was poking at my teeth feeling like I was getting sold on something I was not aware of? Again the young lady that initially completed the x-rays with a struggle was trying so hard to keep up with the lady that was rattling all kinds of numbers way to fast for her to punch into the computer. It was VERY uncomfortable for the two ladies continuously stopping and stopping to try to work together and complete the Gum/spacing test?? not sure. TRAINING is so important and I did not expect sub-par treatment at such a high caliber establishment. Once the dentist came in he was way to short and not accommodating at all. Before leaving I was brought over to the desk to sit down and was told I would have to pay over $1,500 plus to have a cleaning with super coverage (insurance) I take good care of my teeth and really need a well-rounded dentist and a cleaning not an untrained team rushing me in and out of the building making up prices with no explanations and or follow-up. I would appreciate a call to give your team a second chance and help anyone else that has had the same/similar experience and it does not happen to anyone else in the future. You have my information on file. Thank you and have a super day.

By far the worst dental experience Ive ever had. I never review places, but for the sake of others just feel like I have to. Ive had a back tooth that has hurt for a while. I asked them to pull it, but they said theyd try filling it first (which I was fine with, but had it filled before unsuccessfully) then if I was still in pain a week later, to come back in and they would pull it. Ive been in the office 6 times for the same tooth over the course of two months. Not only did they not listen to my initial requests, they just kept giving me antibiotics for the pain, and told me to come back if they didnt work. On top of that, they billed my insurance company for a tooth extraction. It just so happens I have previous dental records proving I had the tooth they claimed to pull extracted years ago. They didnt even have the right tooth number written down for my filling. The office staff makes everything seem so nice but it honestly is a scheme to make you waste your time and be in pain for months. I FINALLY will be getting a referral note tomorrow to get my tooth extracted elsewhere. Also, any time you ask them a dental question, for example "Should I get a mouth gaurd if I grind my teeth at night?" they will try to sell you insanely expensive products because they get a commission. I asked them to take a toothbrush off a $500 estimate, and suddenly the cost became $320 for all the work they wanted to do. Really? a $180 toothbrush? I will never go back here.

Many bad things happened in the last 6 months. I went for my initial exam and brought my X-rays from another Aspen. My insurance was still charged for a full set of X-rays and Aspen wont credit it back. Every time I ask about the credit balance they say they will credit it toward future bills. When I ask the office staff about my billing they are rude and act as if I am a nuisance instead of a customer. My temporary dentures hurt and moved around and I went back several times to get them fixed, again I was a nuisance to them. I am waiting for my permanent dentures because the only guy who works for Aspen is out until July, so I have to wait until they are staffed. When my teeth were pulled the insurance was billed for oral surgery, only problem is the person who pulled them isnt an oral surgeon and couldnt even prescribe me anything for the pain! He said take an Ibuprofen....for 11 teeth being pulled! This is the second incident of wrong billing to my insurance company. (X-rays billed but not taken and Oral surgery done by an unqualified person). Cant wait for this nightmare to be over and my permanent dentures to fit so I can go to a real Dentist! Also, The hygienist cleaned my teeth and gave me some complimentary products that I was charged $100.00 for ! 6-8-17 Update... the regional manager called me and left a voicemail. I called back several times and left my contact times etc. A week later NO CALL YET!

Never had an experience at a dentist establishment before. But this is by far the worst. I had to find out that I am being charged for products that I was not explained or indicated that it was included. I had an appointment for a cleaning and fillings and they only had it listed for the fillings #1. They asked me if I would like to come back for the cleaning. I said why would I come back if I specifically mentioned I wanted to finalize both at once when I booked the appointment #2. Thats one way how doctors make their money. When I spoke to the receptionist it was a complete different story and more of an increase that what was given to me when I made the appointment. As a consumer Im not going to pay more that the agreed pricing of work that was recommended the first time. Paying additional to what was settled is outrageous. Good luck with the over charge Aspen

I had a horrible experience at Aspen Dental. I am a medical student and I have never been exposed to such an unprofessional and condescending environment. I went to Aspen Dental to get a cleaning done and after the hygienist took a quick look in my mouth, she said that I had "petechiae" and a severely "erythematous" throat and then asked me if I smoked weed and whether that was the reason for my "erythematous" throat. She spoke in a very condenscending way and used words that only I knew because Im a medical student. Then the doctor came in with some person who never introduced himself to me and just looked in my mouth. I was uncomfortable that there was an unintroduced person in the room alongside the dentist. It was an overall terrible experience and I would discourage anyone from going to Aspen Dental.

Worst experience I have ever had with a place of business. I went for my regular check up and was told that my wisdom teeth needed to extracted right away and if I did not I would start to have serious health issues. I paid the 1600.00 to take care of the procedure. I show up for my appointment and was told that thy could not remove my wisdom teeth without causing me permanent damage. When I spoke to the office staff regarding my refund they were completely unprofessional and told me that they could not refund me the total amount because I met with the oral sergeant who did not do anything to me but tell me he could not do anything which less than a minute. They charged me 134.00 for nothing. When speaking to the office staff they treated me like I was not inportant.
