I strongly feel that it is worth spending time to write a review about dental hygienist, Charlene Hamilton, who is working in 3D dental at Acton, MA. Being a scientist with a PhD degree, I believe that my observations are so deep and minute that my review about Charlene Hamilton is valuable. I am 54 years old and have worked in many countries and have visited many dental hospitals, but Charlene’s service is exceptional, very high quality and on top of the list. She does her job with full involvement and interest and makes sure it is done well. She used the hand scraper to remove plaque and tartar and then polished my teeth off. She then inspected my teeth and then used the scraper once again as she found the need to do so. The flossing process also went very well. In addition to excellent service, she is also very kind, polite, and jovial; overall, she is a great person and wonderful hygienist. I have had about 6-7 appointments with her including one today (07/28/14) and her work is always great and consistent. I also like the service of Doctors David Wang and Lily Zhang in 3D Dental. I like Dr Zhang, but she needs a new assistant. Ive been there twice for my three year-old daughter, and the assistant is always overriding what the mother wishes or feels. Today, she was getting a few fillings done, and I told her to raise her hand if she wants to spit, but despite that, the assistant kept saying there is nothing bad to swallow, and that she was suctioning things out. Um, for those who have had fillings done, there is always that gross flavor which I personally prefer rinsing out. And a three year-old will swallow it, and although she kept raising her hand with a frown because obviously she wants to gargle, instead of offering her a cup for her to just gargle and spit, constant arguing and telling me I am too nervous, etc. was certainly unprofessional. Will never return!

I was at this office with a tooth cavity. As soon as I reached the office they took a great scan of my insurance and tried to sell me how many times I should pay a visit to this office to clean my teeth. Instead of helping me to fix my cavity they did everything else. The staff is very rude and I have wait for an hour even if was on time. When I called the office after 6 months to get an appointment to fix the cavity and instead of providing an quote they left it to the Doctor who would rip off as soon as I reach her office. Very bad experience *** BAD EXP****

I like the fact that 3 D Dental is one stop shopping, meaning that just about every procedure is done at the same place. You dont have to waste your time going to other specialists because everything can be done at the same office. My whole family goes here.

I never liked this facility. Always pushes you for procedures you never need. I went for a cleaning and then was asked for a number of follow-ups for some problem that I never even felt. Ended up with toothache I never had!

My family has been coming to 3-D for over 2 years now. We love the hygienists and the Doctors have taken great care and treating any problems weve had and helping us prevent new ones.
