Weve been patients of Dr. Jackson for more than 20 years. Suffice to say, Im a major scaredy cat, and my husband...well lets just say he has a challenging mouth. I cant recommend Dr. J. highly enough. Without exception, Dr. Jackson is the most compassionate, kind, caring, wonderful doctor weve ever had the pleasure of working with. My husband has had significant work done to repair his aging teeth. It had gotten so bad that my husband had stopped smiling because he was so embarrassed of his teeth. Dr. Jackson discussed the myriad of options available, and worked with my husband to determined the best solution for him. They decided on veneers, which are BEAUTIFUL! Dr. Jackson gave my wonderful husband his wonderful smile back. And take it from this scaredy cat...there is not reason to be afraid of going to the dentist any more. Dr. J and his entire staff are so empathetic and kind, and take the time to explain exactly what theyre going to do, and make sure youre comfortable before they begin. Please...do yourself a favor and call Dr. Jacksons office immediately for an appointment. Did I mention that they have evening and weekend hours??? Where can you get that kind of service these days???? Dr. Jackson is our dentist for life. Thank you Dr. Jackson and staff for the amazing care youve given us through the years! We couldnt love you more!!!

My past experiences with dentists had not been pleasant and I was recently faced with a situation that needed attention. My former dentist did not do the work that I required and referred me to an oral surgeon, who told me that they would have to do a full mouth xray for $600 before they would even look at my very loose tooth. Having no insurance for dental work, I called Dr. Jacksons office to see if they would help me. My daughter and her family go to Dr. J and love him and his staff, but my fear of dental work is deeply ingrained...they had me come in the next day, xrayed only the tooth in question and with a tweak of novacaine and a gentle pull, the nasty old tooth was out! I am a believer, not only in his fairness and willingness to help someone who was not his patient, but in his dedication to all who see him, and after deep scaling and cleaning, among other things, I would not go anywhere else! All of his staff are kind, professional and have been able to put this 68 year old baby at ease. For the first time in my life, I enjoy my visits to the dentist, and when Dr. J says "you wont feel a thing" he certainly means it....If you are looking for a local dental practice that treats you with respect and compassion, and does great work, call Dr. Jackson...you will never go anywhere else again! Thank-you Dr. J and staff!

Over the decades, I accumulated a lot of experience with dental offices. Early on, I started to develop a profound aversion towards these places of torture and suffering, what didnt encourage more than unavoidable visits. And the consequences were not pretty. When I first entered Dr. Jacksons office, I was amazed to see all these drawings and love letters from children, who were thanking and praising him. Meanwhile, I totally understand why. Now, Im truly looking forward to each of my own visits to this place for a number of years. Dr. Jackson has assembled an extraordinary team of most skillful, highly experienced professionals, who welcome their patients with a disarming smile. Most importantly, Dr. Jackson himself has managed to rescue several of my teeth that were deemed lost. He has proven his dentistry artwork under very difficult circumstances, and without me suffering physical (or financial) pain. Overall, my dental health has greatly improved, not least due to the thorough and gentle cleaning and instructions by Mitra. What a pity - had I only known that place earlier on in life! I have never been treated so poorly by any healthcare professional in my life. It began with a phone message from Dr. Jackson that he had a cancellation in the morning and was asking me if I would come in to fill the spot. I could not as I was working, but I did return his call to see if he may have an opening in the afternoon. I was told by his receptionist if I could be there by 2:00 the doctor would see me. I informed her it would be close as I dont usually get out of work until 3:00. I made some changes and was able to get there by 2:06. As I was taken to one of his exam rooms and his attendant put their little bib around my neck Dr. Jackson came in and removed the bib and began to scold me like a two year old about being late and told me he could not see me now because I was a half hour late! I would like to remind you I didnt even have an appointment for the day. I was trying to help them fill an empty spot in their schedule and this is how I was treated. I will not be returning to that outdated antique of an office with a Dentist that talks down to his employees, I have witnessed several times.

"We Specialize in Scaredy Cats", the sign over the door is the first thing your going to see in relieving your anxiety about going to the dentist because behind that door its all about teeth... its what Dr. Jackson and his staff are all about! Going to the dentist is something that I used to dread until I met Dr. Jackson and his staff. From the first time I visited I felt that he and his staff are thorough, friendly, informative, and take the patients concerns very seriously. I have had a variety of dental services performed and the attention to detail is of the highest quality. The atmosphere is professional and friendly, and playlist in the office is eclectic and relaxing, and the experience is how family dentistry should be.

Dr. Jackson is one of the most professional and caring doctors that I know. He is thorough and always gives me all of my options, both clinical and financial, so that my treatment will have the best possible outcome and work with my budget. He is painless, and is always patient with my nervousness. Before coming to him, I was a dental phobic, and his motto, "I specialize in scaredy cats" certainly applies to me. The hygienists are the best. They use all of the latest techniques and are highly trained in their field. My entire family are patients of his practice and travel from long distances to have their dental care in his office. Dr Jackson was recommended to us by my husbands co-worker. My first experience was with a cleaning. The hygienist was extremely thorough and exceptionally knowledgeable. We have been patients of his for a few years now, and I have never walked out of his office without feeling that I was treated with the utmost professionalism, receiving quality dental care! Dr Jackson did a superb job on my crown. I just had some grooves filled in on my front teeth that were painless and look absolutely beautiful! He’s an artist. He is seasoned and it shows! The heated pillow they place around my neck at the beginning of all procedures really relaxes me. We would highly recommend Dr Jackson and his staff to any family!
