Had an appointment at 1pm for a wisdom teeth consult. Got there at 12:55 and checked in at the front desk the receptionist said She would be back and asked me to wait, at 1:43 I went up to the desk and asked if it was gonna be much longer and if I should come back she said oh sorry I forgot and asked me to fill out paperwork because the system had changed since the last time I was there, thats when I told her it was my first time there. She then gave me more paperwork and said it should be a minute. She then called me in and had me sit and finish up all the papers. Someone named Moniq or Monica told me she needed to take X-rays. I told her I had them done two weeks before in a different office and said I could have them email it to her. She said no and told me to open my mouth and started poking around when I told her it was umcorfortable she just said to breath through my nose. It was starting to hurt and she tried four times before not being able to get the pictures right and called someone else. The second woman poked around and tried two times and she couldnt get it either!!! So unprofessional!!! Six tries to get X-rays done!!!! And they couldnt do it! So I just got up and left! Would not recommend this place to my enemies!!

This place is the biggest joke ever. Yes they take you in right away that I give them credit, but now a lot of places are doing this as well. I just recently went in to get a tooth pulled and when I got home I noticed I had a tooth pulled without my knowledge. I went back the next day because I was in incredible pain. The dr. Was rude and I said, I was wondering why you pulled my tooth up front. He looked at his assistant and started laughing. They do not know how to pull teeth without cracking them. I am so down on myself that Im missing teeth plus have them cracked and then to get laughed at. Really not cool. I now have a new place and Im going to look into things. Dental dreams nightmare. I shouldve known better, but I also was just happy to have the dentist down the road and now I wish I took the extra time and drove out of my way. Beware they may be good but in my opinion my options never were dentures or have no teeth. The rants over have a great fantastic day

MOST HORRIBLE experience Ive ever had. I had mass health at the time so I did not have many choices of where to go. Ended up at Dental dreams in Lowell. The Dr. did more fillings than what he needed to do also leaving air bubbles in all of them which caused me a lot of sensitivity. He ended up cracking one tooth in the middle where he went in too deep and filled in as a regular filling covering up for his mistake, unfortunately now I need a crown and I cant remember the drs name that did this poor job on my mouth. I was in pain for weeks after I found a great dentist that could see me and he was the one who found out about these problems. I will never go back to this place anymore and would NOT recommend anyone going there either. Their doctors are untrained and rushing all the time, thats the same for their staff(assistants and front desk which in fact are very rude).

They caused me more issues with metal fillings and chipping my teeth. I have allergic reactions to noicane and they sit dont listen. They put in yet another metal filling which is causing me issues on one of my back molars. They dont care about your teeth. Its government run. So expect to be treated poorly. Mass Health need to shut this place down. Ive come across a doctor who worked there at anothet dentist office he opened. He told me to never go back there again. And warn others to stay away. Its pretty much a place where doctors go right out of college to get some time under there belt for their CV. STAY AWAY LOOK AROUND FOR ANOTHER DENTIST AND READ REVIEWS. GOOD LUCK

ive never had a problem here,i especially like that they call you and remind you if you missed your appointment,and they keep letting you stay in there care even if you miss appointments and do not call to cancel,long story a lil shorter,there great,people are nice,my kids like it there,my favorite dentist of any ive been to,thanks dental dreams

This place is super GHETTO I would not recommend this place!!!. The girls in the front desk need lessons in customer service and the x-ray technician dont know what the hell shes doing!!!!!!! This place is garbage so mom and dads if you love your kids dont bring them here!!!! This business should be close down..... Slobs

This place has been probably the worst dentist, I have had so many infections in my teeth and Im about to get a back tooth removed because they didnt remove a cavity all the way and then put a filling over it so it continued to rot under neath my filling and its infected , DONT BRING YOUR KIDS OR ANYONE HERE

The doctor was very rough even just cleaning. He perfomed two root canals and while prepping my tooth for a crown, his hand slipped and he drilled into my mouth, under my tongue. He told me it was my fault, that I moved my tongue. I didnt move at all. I had to get two stitches. I wont be going back.

Horrible experience, Dr doesnt have patience for kids. Please save yourself the trouble by not coming to this dentist. Only good thing about this place is that the assistants are nice, thats about it. If you care about yourself you will visit a better place. Never will step foot in here..

Rude staff, Laughed at me because of my looks. Doctors were very impatient. Had a filling once, a week later it fell out and they told me it was my fault.
