If I could give ZERO stars I would. I chose this practice as its close to my work. I went in today as a new patient and discovered that 2 other patients also had appointments at the same time I did. (After waiting 30 minutes while one of the employees managed to leave and come back with her lunch) When asked how many hygienists they have I was told none! The one and only dentist cleans your teeth and the dental assistants take X-rays. The girl at the counter was inept and was barely audible when answering my questions. I asked how the dentist was able to clean my teeth at the same time as the other patients teeth and also able to fit the third patient for his dentures......all at the same time? I was given some bs answer that was illogical and walked out. So, back to Westford where they run a great practice of professionalism. This practice is new and I predict will be out of business before years end.

Awful place. When I was running 10 minutes late to a cleaning appointment, they called to cancel it - which is understandable. But they could not see me 35 minutes past my rescheduled appointment! The main issue I had was that I didnt want to have X-Rays taken as part of the dental cleanup because I had a couple of recent CAT scans and X-Rays taken for a different issue. They insisted X-Rays are needed for a cleanup - I dont buy that. I think that was stated so they could make money off the X-Ray procedure. As mentioned by someone else, the girl at the front desk was inept. I walked out of the place without the appointment.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! I have major anxiety when is comes to the dentist but every one from the front desk staff, hygenist, and the doctor definitely put me at ease! Usually when I come in for a cleaning my gums always tickle which makes my head jerk and sometimes stab my gums ouch! It was so refreshing to have an experienced gentle hygenist. I was so thrilled! Thank you so much Sara for the amazing cleaning and keep up the good work perfect dental team!

I am completely satisfied with service at perfect dental and I have and will continue to refer others to perfect dental... I first went there in Aug and I was in serious need of all areas of dental work from extractions to filling but Dr. diviya took care of everything and now Im through all the work and treatments and I am extremely happy with the outcome... The staff are all very friendly and helpful.... 2 thumbs up for this dentist and all the office employees

Drs are very new to practicing - 1 to 2 years. Credentials not visible - when asked they said they were being framed. Doesnt seem to have a senior Dr. to oversee staff. Ill use them for cleanings only
