My daughter has been a patient at The Pediatric Dental Group since she was one. She is almost 7 now and truly loves going to the dentist. Each and every dentist, dental hygienist and secretary that works here is top of the line. They are friendly, caring, gentle and kind. I am so grateful that there is a place like this that focuses on just children. They know exactly how to make kids (and parents) feel super comfortable and at ease. They also always have a Disney movie playing in the waiting room, which keeps it really fun. All of the walls are colorfully decorated in an underwater theme which I think is pretty cool too. Its always just an all around wonderful experience. I would recommend The Pediatric Dental Group to anyone who is looking for the best dental care for their children, you will not be disappointed !

At The Pediatric Dental Group, we truly do strive to deliver high quality care as well as high quality customer service. Our team is trained to assist patients not only clinically but also administratively. We certainly do apologize for the negative billing experience and assure you that we have improved our systems to ensure good customer service when it comes to all aspects of the office including financial. We now have multiple team members who are able to assist all of our patients with any financial concerns. My son has gone to this dentist for a few years already, but nowadays, they are having so many patients and can not suit everybody. Today I had an information over the telephone that Dr. Gomes is seen patients only on Mondays and Tuesdays, half the day. My son had a appointment today for a cleaning, scheduled 6 months ago, for 12/03/14 4:40 pm and they called me to reschedule because the Dr. Gomes had to leave early, and they can reschedule only March 2015 ( 4 more months) when all dentists recommend do cleanings periodic every 6 months. I am very unhappy with the service and I will look for another Pediatric Dental office for my son . Not recommend to anyone.

My kids are seen here by Dr. Gomez. This place is amazing!!! My kids were petrified of the dentist and it would take me hours of convincing to get my kids in the car let alone to the office when it came to dental appointments. The doctors and staff in the office is great and most importantly you do not even feel like you are at the dentist. The office is beautiful! You feel like you are at the aquarium!! You are always greeted with a smile and my kids are always happy when they leave there. I would highly recommend this place especially if your kids are afraid of the dentist. This place rocks!!!

This is the place I would highly recommend for children. Theyre wonderful with my children, taking their time to communicate with us, also the children. Theyre gentle with them. My kids always leave content. I have witnessed their patience with another children who were more scared theyre amazing at calming them down. The best part? They let the kids touch the tools even hold one of them to make them feel theyre helping out too! Cant forget the awesome toys treat for the children afterward!

Pediatric Dental Group has been such a fantastic experience for my daughter. She just loves the brightly ocean themed lobby with Nemo which is also in the open exam room. The staff is super friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable and caring. They are very thorough and have a delicate touch with extractions. My daughter loves getting a new tooth brush and picking a prize out of the treasure chest at the end of each appointment. I highly recommend Pediatric Dental Group!

Angel and the dentist were great. Angel, especially, was extremely patient with my super anxious 5yo. We actually came to the Milford location because of Angel... we met her in Franklin location last summer and she was awesome! She makes the dentist fun! In addition to that the environment at Milford is nicer... its bigger and more open. It was also very kid friendly with Nemo inspired murals on the walls that my children loved. Well be back in 6 mos!

Yesterday was our first visit to Pediatric Dental Group and I can honestly say I was impressed by all of the staff members in the Milford location. They all had smiles on their faces and were just wonderful with my 2 year old son who had no idea what to expect. They made both of us feel so comfortable and I am very happy I found the perfect dentist for my son! They also provided me with knowledge on areas I wasnt so sure on. Highly Recommended!

My daughter has been a patient with this group for a couple of years now and we love it. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. They always answer my calls. My schedule is very demanding and never I have a problem when I need to reschedule short notice. We have had everything from general cleanings all the way to extractions and continue to have pleasant experiences. Definitely recommend Pediatric Dental Group!

Terrible billing department which only consist on one person, Camilla. They won't call you back no matter how many times you call them trying to settle a bill. The front office is ok. Consisting of young girls who lack some office skills. If you don't want to get stuck with a bill in the end and having no one call you back, you better go with a more experienced office. I'm pulling my kids out of this office!

The office waiting room was great and the people were nice...BUT when your chold is put in a room with 3 other chairs that have mostly screaming children being held down by there parents while their teeth are cleaned...it creates a very anxious place for young children. Im not that kind of mom...so we left. You decide whats right for you. They did have a great staff...just a horrible set up. I will never go back.

After a lengthy search Im so glad we found the milford pediatric dental group. They have been wonderful with my kids who started out fearful of the dentist due to a harsh former dentist. The office is always welcoming and the employees are nothing but kind and nice. My kids love this dentist, they made so much anxiety go away and have helped my kids like coming in for cleanings etc again. I highly recommend.

I agree with Bianca and that is primarily the reason we wont be back. I also received a bill that is over the negotiated price for the insurance company so watch your bills carefully because being overcharged is very likely. I had received the claim paperwork from the insurance company almost 2 full months prior to receiving their bill so Im pretty sure they just figured Id forgotten about it.

We went to the Pediatric Dental Group for the first time today and had a wonderful experience! The hygienists took their time to get to know my two girls, talk to them, and make them feel comfortable. They gave them lots of praise and were so sweet. The dentist was also very thorough and recommended only what was necessary, which I appreciate. My girls loved it there and cant wait to go back!
