In the past I have been seen by a few awful dentists that were very quick to rip me off, give me root canals in all my front teeth on the top and bottom (when not needed) at the age of 13. It left me with a lot of unfortunate work that being fixed by Dr. Kare. He had looked at my teeth, took X-rays and worked on a plan with me. Instead of sending me off to get root canals he took the time to try and save my teeth. (which he has) I started seeing Dr. Kare a couple of years ago and I have come along way thanks to him. Hes a very honest and caring man and I highly recommend him. Its very hard to find a dentist that is honest and does awesome work at the same time. Ill be sure to post pictures of my mouth when its all finished :)

I highly recommend Dr Kare. I have always been a bit of a dental phobic and I feel so much more comfortable with him as my dentist. He always ensures that I am completely numbed up (unlike my previous dentist), always tries to do the least aggressive work necessary (ie, doesnt recommend work that doesnt need to be done), is a perfectionist, and is a kind and caring person. He has done teaching at a dental school (BU, I think) in addition to his practice, so is highly qualified. Beyond that, all the staff are warm and friendly. He also made the extra effort to fit my husband in quickly once when he had a dental emergency. I wholeheartedly recommend him and his office.

I entered Dr. Kares office with fear of pain. I was apprehensive since my gums are receding because of age - I am 85. I needed cavity cleaning and work on pre-molars on both sides. Both my fears and apprehension disappeared when you welcomed me to the dental chair. Your approach calmed me down. The procedure was remarkably painless with local anesthesia and a very capable dental assistant. The front office staff were also very polite. I wish to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the superb level of service provided to me. I will strongly recommend Dr. Kare to my family and friends for dental care.

I like the ambience here. I quickly sensed the practice had gone through great lengths to ensure parients were comfortable. I got offered several options of beverages. There was a lot of interesting books and magazines to read, not a bunch of random magazines. Then I got offered the massage chair/room which was really nice with more great books. Calming Kenny G music was on in the background. I liked Laurie my hygeinist, she was very thorough and knew a lot about what she was doing-definitely the best hygienists Id been to. The doc was equally great. Overall a good visit to the dentist.

Im a Lawrence firefighter that lost three FRONT teeth from an accident at work. Aside from the excruciating pain, I was even too embarrassed to smile or even talk, I was very unhappy and sometimes even felt like not going out. My primary dentist Dr Arnold Topp referred me to see Dr Ramesh Kare at Westford smiles. They treated me so well, my teeth look great, I can smile and talk again. They also have a beautiful and clean office and the staff is super friendly. I would definitely recommend this office to anybody looking to have any dental work done. Thank you Westford Smiles

My first experience with Westford Smiles was as an "emergency" patient (extremely painful tooth needed a root canal). They saw me off hours and I was able to get it all taken care of the next day. As a new patient I felt like Dr Kare listened to my concerns very carefully and for the first time I had a plan for dealing with years of problems. Today I smile without trying to hide my teeth and no longer worry when the next problem will arise. I highly recommend Westford Smiles, both Dr Kare and the incredible staff. They are amazing!
