I have a great deal of work that needs to be done and was avoiding the dentist due to the cost and anxiety. After a very thorough consultation and exam by Dr. Bankhead, I was presented with a plan and Jason explained everything to me and told me we can break it down into sections and have a little bit done each time. I chose the conscious sedation for several procedures (root canal, implant, filling) on one section of my mouth and the entire staff was supportive and helped me through the process. They had all the paperwork ready for me ahead of time and took me in right away the day of the procedure. Dr. Bankhead took the time to explain what would be going on and made sure I was comfortable and I had very little pain after the procedure. He is very thorough and obviously takes pride in his work, as evidenced by several follow up appointments to make sure everything is healing well. The office is very calming and immaculate. I have not had to wait for any of my appointments. I wish I had found Accent Dentistry sooner.

I hadnt been to the dentist in a long time and was not looking forward to going but knew I had to go for my overall health. Dr. Bankhead and his staff were professional, kind, helpful and paid full attention to detail in creating a relaxed atmosphere which had a calming effect. The room I was in had 2 windows looking outside which relieved that "closed in" feeling. I opted for the oral conscious sedation so I could have all the work done in one appointment. I didnt remember a thing and before I knew it I was done. Im so grateful to have found a dentist that I dont mind going to and will continue to go to on a regular basis. Thanks Dr. Bankhead!

I had avoided the dentist for about a decade. When I was a teenager I had multiple accidents that required first caps on my front teeth and after the second accident, a bridge. Spending days upon days in a dentist chair. There were no fond memories. When I moved to Bellingham and was looking for a dentist for a minimum of preventative maintenance, Dr Bankhead was highly recommended. He and his staff are fantastic. Ive now been going to his practice for several years. Even though I moved about 20 or so miles away from Bellingham, Im reluctant to change dentists. I cant imagine ever finding anyone better.

As someone with a HUGE fear of the dentist and after years of searching for a dentist who understood I found Accent Dentistry. Its been several years now and I can honestly say my oral health is better then ever thanks to the patience of Dr. Bankhead and his staff. They made my appts as pain free as possible, they made the appts calm and never made me feel bad. In addition they always explained my treatments and was never surprised at any final costs. I cant recommend the office enough. Make the appt today!

Dr. Bankhead and his staff are fabulous! I have been searching for a new dentist for about 5 years. I am very frightened of having dental work done due to issues in my youth. I just didnt trust my prior dentist to do the advanced work I needed including an extraction, two crowns replacements and a bridge. He did this work competently and painlessly. I am thrilled to have found he and his professional staff. I look forward to an implant and some cosmetic work.

Pain free, comfortable dentistry in a modern, well lit, clean office setting. Highly recommend for those who have experienced past trauma with dentists, Dr. Bankhead and staff will put you at ease and do everything possible to ensure your visit is without anxiety. Concise dental plans are shared and you are never left guessing as to what work needs to be / should be done. I am so lucky to have found Accent Dentistry and would recommend them to anyone!

An amazing office and such a nice staff. Have only had three appointments so far but am VERY happy. They sedated me and I got all my stuff done and no pain!! No memory of the procedure actually. LOL. Comfy office and I played with my iPad until I fell asleep. Woke up and all of the work done!!!
