My family and I have been patients of Dental Associates for many years and have always received wonderful care from everyone in the office. However, last month Dr. Nehra went so far beyond the call of duty, I felt compelled to share my experience. My wife and I have three children, two year old twin boys and a one year old boy-so needless to say, our household is quite a busy place. Last month, we went out for the first time since having children to celebrate my wifes birthday and came home from dinner to find that one of the twins had fallen, knocking out a tooth and badly damaging another. Furthermore, we were unsure if he had broken the bone just below his nose. Keep in mind that it was 8:30 on a Friday night, our son was upset and in pain, and the hospital emergency room recommended that we wait until the next morning to see a dentist. This is where the story becomes remarkable. My father in law looked up Dr. Nehras phone number and called him at home. He explained what happened to my son and Dr. Nehra felt that it shouldnt wait until the next day as the hospital recommended. In a display of genuine concern and pure humanity, he asked that we meet him at his office as soon as possible so he could examine my son. It was after 9:00 PM by the time we met him. Dr. Nehra was so kind, warm, and professional, not just with my son, but also with my wife and me. Dr. Nehra was calm and steady despite being surrounded by the chaos of my screaming son and his blubbering parents. He took the time to establish a gentle rapport with my son and even made balloon animals which put us all at ease. Dr. Nehra gave my son a full examination, including X-Rays, and determined that the damaged tooth could not be saved. Odds were that the tooth would have fallen out shortly on its own, but Dr. Nehra was concerned that he could have choked on it or that it could have caused him distress or pain if left in. This is where the story becomes more amazing. Dr. Nehra must have called in all the favors he collected during his career and brought in an oral surgeon, Dr. Euger Lin, to extract the tooth and stitch up my sons damaged gums. Now remember, that it is close to 10:00 PM on a Friday. Throughout the entire ordeal, Dr. Nehra and Dr. Lin were calm, supportive, kind, and incredibly gentle. At no time, did either doctor even hint that they were inconvenienced. Instead, they showed genuine concern for my familys well being. They expertly guided my family through one of the worst experiences wed ever had and Ill forever be grateful to both of them. In our new world of shoddy service, low expectations, and impersonal relationships, Dr. Nehra showed real humanity and compassion that I didnt think existed any more. Dr. Nehra is a true professional and I cannot imagine trusting my familys dental care to anyone else.

Now, Let me tell you something. I was a bit of a bad boy when it come to my teeth, to the tune of 10 YEARS without a visit to the dentist, so, naturally, I was nervous. Reluctantly (or forcibly as my girlfriend kept nagging me to go) I made a request for an appointment. Not only did i get a friendly and welcoming phone cal the SAME DAY, but they had an opening on my day off too!!! For me, this is a huge deal, as i rarely have a day off, and it was early enough, to still enjoy the day!!! So, I went and was welcomed with a smile and warm hello! After checking in, I was quickly brought in by Martha, who was very professional and Funny!!! And while doing the not so comfortable part (you know the poking and prodding) she was gentle and extremely understanding of my immediate reluctancy of the dentist. Now, having someone explain whens going on and what they see is wonderful... But to Show you what they see, and explain it in terms I understand, which made me more comfortable. And then Dr. Nehra came in... Do you know how refreshing it is to meet a dentist thats up beat and energetic?! He is the kindest and most brilliant man Ive had an opportunity to meet. He explained everything in plain english! Seriously!!! He said, these are the issues, but we should(not must) address these first, and then watch the rest so we can get to know Me and my habits. So we dont need to do it all at once, and if things dont get worse we will leave them alone. Now, a dentist that tells you we want to get to know you and we dont need to do something, is hard to find... I WILL be going back and keep going back, because Finding someone whom actually wants to help and not going to force unnecessary procedures on you is EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND!!! If you have made it to the end of this, DONT THINK ABOUT IT!!! JUST GO!!! SERIOUSLY!! You will thank me!!! Thanks Doctor Nehra!!! You are incredible!!!!

Typically people write a review when they dont like something so sometimes its hard to find a reviewing about something they like. When I read a review and it says the place is great thats not that helpful to me without knowing why the place is great. Dr. Nehra has an office in Marlboro MA and its the perfect combination of a small feel practice where the staff is friendly and attentive and has the latest tech. You are greeted by two great ladies, Pat and Kristen who work the front desk. They will call you to fill in any cancellations, work around your busy schedule and they will take the time to talk you through your insurance coverage and thats saying a lot. Theres two dental assistants I want to specifically call out, Martha and Rebecca who will make you feel comfortable sitting in the chair conversing just about anything which makes the time go by. They will have you laughing which is hard to do while you are getting dental work :) Then theres Dr. Nehra whos got a great bed side manner which is what you want in a dentist! And you can tell he knows his stuff and will give you his honest opinion. Hell talk you through what he will be doing and why and he has the latest tech which is what you want when it comes to your teeth. Oh and they are great with kids which is saying a lot. Just because a place sees kids doesnt mean they are good at it. I highly recommend this practice and suggest making an appointment before they get booked up.

I visit the Marlborough Ma area often. I was in need of a good dentist. My friend Scott referred me to his dentist who he is very happy with. I had a little problem with a "maryland" bridge and I was anxious to get it fixed. The lovely ladies at the front desk worked hard to get me in. Pat was lovely. It was a day before the Doctors convention and his schedule was filled. He looked at my situation and was prepared to do a quick fix. I expressed to him I would like it to look better that what my previous dentist did. Although his schedule was full, this gentleman not only fixed my bridge, but he did it with such patience and expertise. He recognized how important it was to me to have it look great. He went beyond, even though that day was overbooked, he took the time to do the job like I wished. He was sensitive to my feelings. I am so happy with the result. The office is beautiful. You can see this gentleman and his staff take great pride in their surroundings and offer the patient a beautiful and professional facility. His technicians were friendly and kind. There is even a warm and inviting fireplace and water feature. He is my new Dentist. I will make the trip from Long Island every time I need a dental visit. Thank you Doctor. Mike Pinzone
