After talking to the Doctor and doctor telling me that I had to pay in full before receiving any dental treatment. So I paid $230. at the front desk. the doctor told me that I wouldnt be receiving any bills. I recevied a bill for $65. for billing invoice. I would be careful if they tell you that you wouldnt be receiving any bills. They lied. and it was for Billing invoice, are you kidding me. not good. I gave it 3 star because the student couldnt do the job alone had to call others doctors. They couldnt take out my husband tooth but after 5 hours with 4 to 5 doctors that were helping out. My husband was in pain for weeks after that visit.

One of the best Oral Care Practices I have every been too, since they now assign one student who is almost a doctor to you for the entire year, which she was fantasist!!! Prices are great, staff at the front desk when scheduling are so professional, patient and nice. Now the oral surgery when I had to get a tooth removed they were rude but I complained and they smoothed things out. I Highly recommend if your looking for oral care transformation and upkeep go to BU Goldman Dental School. Ive experienced better service here than private practices.

Ive been going here for years at first I loved it for my children and myself but, with the Students schedules and vacations, it was sometimes hard to make an appointment that fit my schedule. Also i spent months with one student getting impressions and x-rays for something i need but before i received what i needed he graduated and i had to start the same painful process over from the beginning with a different student.

Go somewhere else for dentures. A year and a half later and still no dentures for my partner. The students are barely supervised and made a lot of mistakes. We drive 2.5 hours to get to an appointment and the student dentist wasnt ready for us on multiple occasions. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!. Our first student dentist graduated and we have a new dentist. At least she has been much better.

It was a blessing meeting my dentist Kanika. Im not saying that in the past 7 months Ive not experienced being uncomfortable at times; but was fortunate to get a very gentle human being who exceptionally considerate of that fact. I will continue to have B.U. dental as my provider where the the dental work is extraordinary as the students almost strive for perfection.
