Everyone has that doctors office that they go to because they love the doctor but the staff is awful in every way.....this is not the case at Arcadia; every single person on their staff is friendly and really does care about you, you are not just a patient. Dentists give me really bad anxiety because I have had some absolutely awful ones (who for example would drill a cavity without me being numbed) until I met with Dr. Saadi for the first time. I have had quite a few visits with him but will explain just two very important ones. Dr. Saadi does see my three daughters and fiance also as patients. On May 1, 2014 I had five fillings done at once, two on top three on the bottom, all on the same side of my mouth. I have a problem with Novocaine, it wears off very quickly on my teeth even though my mouth itself will be numb. Dr. Saadi was the first dentist in my life that listened to me instead of continuing to drill. He stopped immediately, told me that everyone is different and that sometimes you need to try other things. He then proceeded to put a different kind of topical anesthetic which worked very well in my mouth and we were able to finish with no problems at all. On November 18, 2014 I had a serious issue with my 16 year old daughter who has severe anxiety while she was in for an appointment for fillings (her first due to braces that she had previously had on). She had slammed her thumb in a car door and smashed it wide open a year before, which required that she got a needle of Novocaine stuck into her finger, which obviously hurt really bad. She noticed the needle, started to freak out, cry, even get rude and mean. Dr. Saadi and the always wonderful hygenists sat there for over a half an hour talking to her and calming her down. He explained to her that her finger is very different than her mouth and that all she had to compare it to was a bad experience. Dr. Saadi told her he would do one and she could have something to compare it to, and if she still felt this way that he would postpone the appointments until she was ready. Due to the fact that Dr. Saadi took the time and cared enough to calm my daughter down (over an hour altogether after the fillings) I was able to bring her in the next day and get the rest done without any problems. My daughter is almost impossible to calm down when she gets like that.....it just goes to show how much they really do care about their patients. I know I made the right choice for all my families dentistry needs. I am 34 years old and this is the first time that I have ever been able to say that I love my dentist AND every single member of the staff! What a wonderful feeling! Sincerely, Melony Ballard

My son is 10. He had cavities that needed to be filled and a baby tooth that needed to be pulled. We decided to switch dentists as his last (a completely different company) was less than a good experience. My son was nervous going into the appointment and quickly became relaxed. They walked him through every step as they went. They told him what to expect (both sound and feeling). My son was calm and relaxed the entire time. They opted not do the tooth extraction as he was having such a positive experience and did not want to disrupt how he was feeling. They explained to my son that they would not be pulling the tooth as they did not want it to be to much for him. My son quickly replied "lets just do it now". My son asked them to pull the tooth!! He fully trusted them. To a mother that is more than I couldve ever asked for. I can not rave enough about Arcadia and recommend everyone. I also go to Arcadia myself. I have cavities as well. I had my appointment a few days after my son. My son talked to me about how it feels and about the different sounds. He even let me know to watch out for Mr.Bumpy (which is one of the tools they use). I also forgot to mention that both my son and myself had our cavities filled with no novicain (with little to no discomfort). This team is amazing. Call Arcadia Dental today!

I have horrible anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. I hadnt been in years because of my fear of the dentist. My mother had been going to see dr. Saadi and referred me to him. Before I even got there my mom spoke with the staff and let them know about my fears. I was welcomed by a very caring and compassionate staff every visit. I had multiple cavities filled, a root canal, a crown, and a tooth extraction by dr. Saadi. It was by far the best dentist experience I have ever had. The entire staff was so caring and helpful. The girls always stopped by my room to see how I was at every appointment. Dr. Saadi was very patient and compassionate. He worked with me through my fears to make sure I was comfortable the entire time I was there. I just had my last appointment until my next cleaning in 6 months and I cant wait to go back!!! I highly recommend this dentist, especially if you were like me and were extremely apprehensive about going. Dr. Saadi and his whole staff will make you feel welcomed and comfortable!!!

I switched to Arcadia Dental recently, and at each visit am amazed at how friendly and painless can dental care be. I had deep scaling done, and, compared to my previous experience, it was a walk in the park - where I had it done before, they for some reason had to go with freezing all my jaw on one side - here they went with topical anesthetic, and, combined with a very gentle hygienist, it worked perfectly, I didnt feel any pain at all. I also mentioned once before a procedure that involved anesthesia that I hate how it wears off - they listened and were able to mitigate my issues! They also laugh at my nervous jokes, which I am grateful for. :) So, bottom line is - great staff, new equipment, convenient location and no wait ever - 5 out of 5 stars for me. And - they say a starbucks will open next door soon. Recommended! Update: Starbucks is open now, and dental care provided by Arcadia Dental staff is still excellent. All my family switched to Arcadia Dental by now, and they take great care of us.

I started coming to Arcadia when I moved to Franklin about a year ago from Utah. Before moving, I had another dentist in Utah do some fillings on my teeth and they did a really bad job. I was dealing with tooth pain and sensitivity for months. At Arcadia, Dr. Saadi analyzed the situation and didnt push me into any painful or unnecessary procedures (as the previous doctor did). After some time, we determined that additional fillings would be required to correct the problem. I was nervous about going through the fillings process again, but with Dr. Saadis expertise, it was virtually painless! Today my teeth are finally back to normal and in great health thanks to the work from the Arcadia team. The waiting room is clean and the staff is very courteous and helpful. I also love that they have TVs in all the rooms. All my visits are always pleasant and comfortable. A good dentist makes all the difference and I cant recommend the Arcadia team enough!
