I went yesterday for the first time to have my son (age 7) seen after a complete avulsion of his front tooth. My son is generally very nervous about the dentist, especially new ones, after some bad experiences when he was younger. I was nervous for him because I knew a bad experience would really set us back on the progress he has made. From the moment we walked into the office, I felt at ease. The staff is welcoming, very friendly, and helpful. When it was time to be seen and have X-rays done, Maureen (I hope I have that name right) was so patient and sweet to him. Previously, at other places, he has been scolded for gagging or moving or crying during X-rays. She explained the process to him and exactly what he needed to do and explained. Itching would hurt. It eased his mind so his was able to sit for the process. When Dr. Kang came in, he was warm and friendly to me son. He game a thorough examination, explaining what and why he was doing each step so both my son and I understood. I feel that Dr. Kang went above and beyond to explain what my sons issues were, what the possible prognoses were, and how we may handle it all. He even drew out a diagram for me to help me really picture what was happening with my child. I left there feeling extremely pleased and like I could not have asked for better care!

Very pleasant atmosphere from the waiting room to the comfy chair everyone should have at home. The staff gos out of there way to help you any way that that can. Waiting room is spacious and quite with a tv showing the news. All around its the best office Ive had in 20yrs of taking care of my teeth. Trust me Ive been in more offices then ur average person.
