I have been going to Rumford Dental for the last 3 years or so and I have never had a bad experience at this office. Dr. Baeger is extremely professional and, one can tell she puts her patients first. The staff is above and beyond friendly and is always helpful. I never write reviews but felt obligated to write a review when I noticed that someone had posted such a negative review about what is truly a great dental office. Keep up the great work Rumford Dental and ill be back for all my dental needs.

I used to love this place because Dr Bager and the staff are very friendly. However, after years seeing them, buying their preferred dental insurance, and after one last visit. My insurance and I both realized this is a way over priced dental office and the way thay handled billing shows no customer relationship but pure money hungry. My dental insurance litterary told me I should find a more reasonable dental office to work with then trying to deal with this office (Rachael) again!! Very disappointed..
