My husband and I were just in here today with our basset-beagle mix Penny, who had lost one eye already to glaucoma before we adopted her and her remaining eye had a sudden onset last night. The staff were super friendly and very understanding, after a horrible morning of running between clinic to hospital to get clinic and getting bounced around, it was a tremendous relief to have just that small kindness. The staff and the specialists we saw were all super knowledgeable in their field and were able to break down the explanation and treatment plan in an easy way for us to understand and memorize. They didnt look down on us or treat us differently. They were amazingly helpful. I wish I could give a higher rating and thank you so much to Dr. Bobofchak, Betsy, and staff. You made us feel so much better about whats going on and now that we have a game plan I feel much better equipped to help make Penny the happiest she can be.

Dr Bobofchak saved my dogs eyes. She had lost most of her tear production but with daily medications she does very well! We see him yearly and I pick up her meds from this office.
