This review has been too long in coming. That said I believe anyone with a pet that needs emergency or just the normal maintenance care would be hard pressed to find a Pet Care Center better than this group of caring professionals. We have (or rather had) two very senior dogs. The care and compassion shown by all of the staff was heartwarming. We lost our beloved Jessie recently and, while heartbreaking as that event was, the compassion shown to my wife and I will always be appreciated beyond words. Drs. Joe Gainey and Laura Courtney are both knowledgeable and caring. Shelly Kerr,Shawna Morrow, Sarah Cole, Jerry and Julie have all come to know us and our other "old guy" Jamie. We count them all as friends and have every faith in them as true pros.

I had no Vet in this area, & picked them from their website. Turned out my kitty Carey had cancer, & passed in June. During the 3 months they took care of him, they were the most compassionate group of people I have ever met. Not only did they do all they could for Carey, but they supported me, listened to me, & helped me cope. They made him in his last days as comfortable as possible. When he passed, there were tears, hugs & still more support. I went there as a stranger, but left as a friend. If I should decide on another pet, I wouldnt think of going anywhere else. I guarantee you will love the whole staff & know that your fur babies will be in good hands!

Our little (2-year old pound rescue dog) Lucy had been sick over a month and we knew it was something serious. The office staff was compassionate and understanding and were able to get us in the day after a major holiday. Dr. Joe was wonderful! He patiently and thoroughly examined our Lucy and really left "no stone unturned" in determining her illness. I really knew her well-being was important to them. I also knew she was receiving the best care possible. I would highly recommend Belpar and Dr. Joe for all our four-legged family members.

Drs Gainey and Meluch and their staff have been nothing but accommodating to my dog and I every time we have been in, whether for routine visits or when something is wrong. Whenever I phone, staff know who I am and who my dog is right away. I have pet insurance (Embrace) and the staff know exactly how to submit my claims, no questions asked! Thankfully, my lab has been very healthy; but the times shes needed help, Belpar has been there not only for her, but for me as well. Thank you!!

absolutely awesome staff and doctors. they really care and it shows. Id never take my dog anywhere else, the girls in the office are simply wonderful to deal with, they patiently answer any questions in person or on the phone, they remember your name and your pet and his history. the people here make the vet a good experience for both pet and owner and I recommend them to anyone.

This staff was amazing with my 8 year old dog. I had explained my dogs needs on the phone and scheduled an appointment for two days later. They called me the next day when they had cancellations so I was able to get him in sooner. They treated him with great care. Dr. Gainey and his staff were very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend this office.

The receptionist is flat out rude! It is a shame that how nice the doctors and assistants are that they have someone like that representing them! I went this week and picked up my pets records, there are more vets around I dont have to be treated that way.
