This place was horrible they overcharged they didnt care about my dog they diagnosed everything except the problem they tried to charge almost 500 dollars for test and procedures that our regular vet charged us 220 for the same test and procedures plus extra testing and antibiotics. The only reason we even came here is because our vet didnt have a soon enough opening and my dog was very sick and its sad because we had only heard good things about this clinic until our experience. Was terrible will not reccomend to anyone. Also we told them we just wanted to pay the office visit which was 40 dollars when we went to check out the counter girl said we owed 81 dollars so the office visit wasnt enough they had to sneak in a urine test to make sure they got the extra 41 dollars. Pathetic then again they do have a big nice facility to support. Horrible service never reccomend or return!!

We took our Chinese Crested there for grooming. They charged us $125 !!!! I wouldnt use this vet if it was the last one on earth. When we made the appointment they said she would need a one booster shot for $22 plus the $45 groom. OK fine. We took her in. Suddenly she needs an exam and other shots that arent due until 4/18/17 .... even after OUR vet called. The groomer is very nice. He needs to go work with more honest, credible people. The really sad part is I always groom her myself, but I dont have all my equipment right now, so I thought Id let someone else do her.. Lesson learned! Do NOT go here! If theyre this greedy and RUDE on a groom, Lord knows how they would be with your pets health. There are much better vets in the DeLand area. Do your homework or pay the price! Update: HE CUT HER CREST! You never cut the crest on a Crested!

I found this vet on a friends recomendation. My dog was approaching the end of his life and the staff here treated him like a rock star. This was the only vet, out of 4 that we had during his 10 years, that he didnt cower under me or chairs as soon as we arrived. When he started to show signs of illness they didnt charge a ridiculous amount or push to do unnecessary tests. When the end did come, Doc came to the house and put him peacefully to rest. I would and recommend this office to everyone.

I always have an awsome visit at Spring Oaks.They take excellent care of all of my animals. @ YMRAD2x I am sorry to hear u had a bad experience you do have to think if you are waiting a long time there must have been an emergency, things like that does happen, I know when I go to my Doctors office I usually wait a VERY long time. I Highly reccommend Spring Oaks Animal Care Center!!

I will never return to this smelly facility again. With the clueless staff, rude vet, and retesting of unneeded information on my dog, I am not sure why I was given such a large bill. Also, they promote Science Diet, food for the cows! Honestly, its the slums.

I love this vet. They are cheap and convenient with hours past 5 so I can come through after work. Staff is super friendly and they always have fresh baked cookies in the lobby.
