Our experience was outstanding from the moment we walked through the door. Every staff member greeted our dog and us with an enthusiasm as if we were their only customer. They went out of their way to make our dog (who was overly anxious) feel secure. Their follow up was superb and the check out process was painless. It didnt take long for our dog to take to Dr. Callejo and her staff - within a short time her tail was wagging fiercely (even after a vaccination).

Ive been taking my pets to The Vet in Springboro for many years now and I am very pleased with their genuine concern for my pets. Theyve been very helpful in keeping my pets well and try everything they can to make them well when theyre sick . The staff is friendly and accommodating as well. This vet came highly recommended to me by several friends. We took our dog in for a second opinion about a surgery. Our dog is older and highly anxious and the staff were wonderful with him. They provided us with several options and were upfront about cost. Then during the surgery they kept us informed when things didnt go quite as planned. I highly recommend this vet!
