I wanted to post about an amazing experience with East Roswell Vet hospital. After four years of skin and allergy issues with our German Shepherd costing many thousand dollars with both a local vet and a dermatologist at a specialty clinic in town, our dog was in horrible shape. The infections had wrecked havoc on him and we had a few scares to the point where we thought he would have to be put down. Hopeful for anything I researched if anyone else could help. I was lucky enough to happen on a review on Dr van Beuren from someone who had their dogs allergy issues sorted out by her. I made an appointment and took our dog in. As it turns out they had recently opened after Dr Kim van Beuren (Dr Kim) relocated here. I was immediately impressed with the design of the facility, excellent layout, and small details (for example the scale is sunken into the floor to ease the dogs fear of "stepping up" on it). Dr Kim is one of those rare people who truly loves what she does. Its always refreshing to work with someone that has that deep drive, knowledge and passion. She is extremely engaged and spends all of the time needed to fully understand everything you have to say, walk through the issues, diagnose, explain the diagnosis to you, and walk through a comprehensive treatment plan. She was the only person to have put together all of the causes, triggers, etc, for the skin issues and put together a complete plan to resolve them. I walked out with a ton of knowledge and plenty of written notes she provided with all of the details. As it turns out, in addition to the other issues, there was a rampant fungal infection that went completely undiagnosed and untreated this whole time. She identified it immediately upon walking in the room just based on the odor (and then confirmed it through other means). She has followed up multiple times and has continued to research the issue and provide updated information. After 3 weeks of treatment our dog looks better than he has in the last 4 years. Treatment continues but we have hope again and can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Dr Kim and East Roswell Vet Hospital.

The BEST vet in Roswell! I was looking for new vet for my animals and went on Yelp and saw the great ratings for East Roswell Vet Hospital. I had a cat that needed quick attention and they were able to get me in same day. From the front counter, vet techs, to Dr. Kim, they were all excellent! Treated my cat, gave him his vaccinations and we were on our way. I brought our second cat a couple of days later to get vaccinations too. I cannot believe how thorough Dr. Kim is and how reasonable her fees are. She even has care plans you can pay monthly to cover routine visits and vaccinations and discounted teeth cleanings . The biggest test was bringing my terrified 2 yr old dog whom all other vets were afraid of. Dr. Kim is patient, caring and confident. She went out of her way to help us when we were in a jam and needed care for our dog. The place is very clean and they move their appointments along in a timely manner. She is definitely our vet for all animals going forward. You will be making a big mistake if you go any where else for your animal care. I am very critical and overly protective of my animals and this place truly deserves more than 5 stars! Thank you, Dr. Kim for taking such great care of our baby while we were away!

I have been to a lot of vets over the years, but none stacks up to East Roswell Vet Hospital. My first visit/appointment was this morning. First, I was amazed at how modern and state-of-the-arts the facilities are. (In fact, I have to HUMAN hospitals that were not as immaculate and well-equipped with the latest technologies as East Roswell Vet Hospital is.) Second, the entire staff was extremely personable, professional and caring. My two cats screamed all the way to the vets today, but once inside, the atmosphere is so calm and soothing that they didnt issue a peep - until it was time to go. And third, Dr. Kim and her Vet Tech Chris were so knowledgeable, compassionate and caring when examining and treating both cats. Unlike the other, run-of-the-mill vets out there, Dr. Kim was entirely focused on my cats well-being, and NOT on running up my bill. Even though their services rendered exceeded those of any other vets in the past, my bill was reasonable - less than what I would have paid elsewhere. As a result of my experience, I will recommend Dr. Kim to ALL of my pet-owning friends. PS - My cats are now patients-for-life in the care of Dr. Kim.

I am so pleased with the care and attention my pets received from Dr. Kim van Beuren and her staff. Dr. Kim took time to give my pets devoted attention, and explain things clearly to me. Its obvious she is extremely knowledgeable, loves the animals she cares for and values the feelings of pet owners. I had recently moved to Roswell from another state, and my cats were soon due for their vaccines so I needed to find a good vet soon after arriving here. Im so glad I went to East Roswell Vet Hospital. Its definitely our vet now, without a doubt! Dr. Kim found a problem my cat Gracie had been dealing with that had NEVER been recognized by my former vet. I, and Gracie, are thankful for Dr. Kims thoroughness!

Dr. Kim and the staff at East Roswell Vet Hospital are great. Dr. Kim is thorough and explained things my previous vet never caught (or never told me about). She works with “exotics”, like panthers and alligators, which is cool, and donates her time and resources to help local wildlife. I was given a tour of the facility (state of the art and immaculate) and saw an injured red-tailed hawk in Dr. Kim’s care. The hawk was looking great and was expected to make a full recovery. East Roswell Vet Hospital is now “my” vet hospital.

I always brought my dog to Dr. Kim and shes an excellent vet saving my dod the last time. I owe her a debt of gratitude. Surprised to learn that Im not the only one to put my trust in her, the dept. of fish and wildlife uses her services as well. Validate my choice...but not that I didnt know already! Love her and the entire staff!!!

I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new vet. The staff was fantastic, Dr. Kim is experienced and knowledgeable, and all were very good with my dog. The facility is very well thought out and much of the common lab work is done in house (Dr. Kim has experience with this). They also see exotic animals.

I took my German Shepherd in for a check up and nail trimming Dr. van Beuren was great! She is very thorough and takes the time to answer questions and explain everything in depth. The staff was also very welcoming and helpful. The facility is very nice. Lobo and I look forward to having her as our new vet!
