In my opinion, Dr. Fran is extremely rude and aggressive. She did not introduce herself or even say “hello” before she began barking orders at me and insulting me. Her language and tone were nothing short of demeaning. Other reviews also echo this same experience, even the “good” reviews. I strongly do not recommend.

Dr. Fran and Staff are awesome! She takes the time and is patient, this woman is gifted. Dr. Fran is the only Vet. Maxwell-the-Poodle likes and is happy to see, I never saw him act like this at a Vet before. Dogs dont lie!
