Wanted to sign me up for a "subscription" to vet care for my animals, more or less. They wanted around $800 (in 12 easy payments plus $150 upfront!) to spay my cat plus pay for a years worth of vaccinations and vet visits... Took my cat to United Coalition for Animals (UCAN). Got her spayed and vaccinated for around $50. Never going near a Banfield with one of my pets ever again.

I have been going to the Western Hills location for years! I absolutly love Dr. Johnson, I believe she truly cares about my dogs. She takes time to explain the test results and answers any questions I might have.
