So upset! Called in the morning and spoke to a very nice girl. I had already had all the blood work done on my kitty the night before and simply needed to get ex rays for him. I was first told they were full, but, as she was telling me an opening came due to a cancellation. I was so excited to be able to come in today instead of waiting. I was also happy about the prices being they seemed the most reasonable. We waited and then head over there. We get there and are told the ex ray machine has been broke for at least a month. You have got to be kidding me!!!!!!! That was the whole point of our visit and she knew that!!!!!!! We were then told ,after I vocalized how frustrated I was, to wait and the Dr. will speak to me. I thought, alright, maybe she can at least guide me to somewhere I can get them that is near by. I wait more. Finally the lady at the desk, who was not who I spoke to on the phone, came back out after I saw her talk to the Dr. in the reflection of a glass cabinet about my situation. I was told I can get the exam, but, she cant give me a referral. The Dr. Didnt have the audacity to come out at speak to me herself!!!!!! What a waist of my time!!! So frustrating!! I am really frustrated with the whole Veterinarian system.

I took my four month old border collie Mix to the sandy plains Marietta GA location for his four month old shots, nail trim and exam thinking he might have a bladder infection. The "vet" walked in and tried to get my dog to sniff her hand and he was reluctant. Winston is very shy and timid. Then she wanted us to place him on the exam table. It didnt go well. Winston fought and was actually about to fall and began to urinate and nipped at the vet. From that moment on she labeled my dog as "trouble". He is not leashed trained and they dragged him out of the exam room and muzzled him to clip his nails and give him shots. I could hear him crying out back. Then the "vet" came back in to say Winston was a "handful" and we need to let him know whose boss b/c of my children. She pointed to my six year old indicating he would bite her. Then told us we needed to get him behavioral lessons. I let her know he couldnt go to training without the shots he received that day. I appreciated saving money however I guess I need to continue to pay more for a professional who knows how to handle young and scared animals.

Youre better off taking your pets to get work done by someone on Craigslist. That way at least if your animal dies, its not an unpleasant surprise. This vet office is so unprofessional and disorganized that they messed up the paperwork for two very visibly different cats, resulting in the smaller one getting a huge dose of anesthesia that killed him during a simple neuter procedure. We took the body and the paperwork to another vet that confirmed our suspicions after a necropsy. I guess in retrospect, trusting a place with Value in the title for anything as important as medical care was foolish, but the chance of a cat dying during a neuter is about .11%. We have a regular vet we take our animals too for more serious procedures. Clearly that risk of death is far more likely when the staff doesnt care enough to check which animal theyre operating on. Dont take your animal here if you love them at all. Obviously plenty of their patients come out alive, but would you want to even risk such a ridiculous blunder occurring?

Value Vet in Marietta was AMAZING! A stray cat showed up at my apartment with an eye infection so I couldnt let the poor baby suffer but I also wasnt looking to spend a lot of money. I did my research and found Value Vet, I was a little hesitant just because there was not many reviews. Boy, I am glad I went. The staff and vet was great! I did have to wait a while before I was seen but that was the only issue. When the vet recommended something that I couldnt afford they quickly found a alternate solution. She also wanted to run several test that did not have to do with his infection, so when i said I wanted to pass on those, she was very nice and didnt make me feel bad. Over all I had a great and easy visit. Thanks Value Vet.

The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly! I think they schedule in a way so that there arent tons of animals in the waiting room when you bring your dog in, which is very nice! My dog gets really nervous and tends to be aggressive towards other dogs her size so it was such a relief that they made sure a room was opened when I arrived with her so I could take her right in. The prices are great!! You really cant beat them. My dog had to have a wound and fluid drained from a dog fight where she got attacked. She had to stay there all day and be put to sleep to perform the surgery and they only charged me $256. Im pretty certain it would have cost me 700+ anywhere else!! Will always take my dogs here from now on.

Dr. Sheldon is fantastic! She really has a heart of gold and her compassion for animals is so comforting. We moved back to this area about a year ago and have tried several other vets since then and Im so glad to have finally found a vet I can trust to take great care of my dogs without trying to push services. She helped us through a really hard time with our dog and I am so grateful for her. The prices there are also unbeatable. The clinic is very nice and super clean, the rest of the staff there is great too, and they are always able to fit us in the same day. My only complaint is that I wish they accepted Care Credit.

Unbelievable experience. We had a stray cat in our neighborhood that needed to be checked for a chip. We went in without an appointment and asked if they could check. Dr. K helped us and was the kindest vet we have ever met. Even though they were understaffed and fully booked Dr. K checked the cat for a chip and agreed to do an exam and a rabies shot on the cat. Health was good and the doctor even helped remove some terrible matter spots the cat had in its hair. It takes a special kind person to take a walk in stray cat for an exam on a busy Saturday. <3

Value Vet murdered my beloved Cat, Nikolai, this morning. First they called and said Felix, didnt make it through the neuter. How can anybody be so incompetent as to kill a cat during a simple procedure like that. Id just about bet, he overdosed on anesthesia. I loved that cat so much and these kooks took him from me. I use pet clinics to neuter my pets because I believed that such a simple vasectomy couldnt possibly be easy to botch. Apparently, its pretty easy when youre stupid. Beware, cat lovers. Dont take your pets here to be murdered.
