Horrible horrible practice. They will do everything they can do to strip you of every penny you have at the expense of your pet. Called them ecause my cat was vomiting and having abdominal pain, they would not see him till late that evening even when I told them it was an emergency. They sent him from one banfield, to another in Fayetteville to another in Union City, each time doing nothing for him but charging me for an office visit, till they said he was having a urinary outlet obstruction and I wuld have to drive to an FOURTH vet back in Fayetteville. He died on the way to them, never getting any relief all so they could keep charging me.

very evasive until they present their "treatment plan" which was grossly exaggerated with misc. charges not relevant to his treatment. If there was a score less than 1 star, they certainly earned it.
