I have an 8 yr old boxer pitt mix couple weeks ago he ate well somethings that clogged his stomach, we took him there and he ended up having to have surgery. They gave us an estimate of 2k after we already spent 400 for tests and such Dr. Miles was worried about his elevated counts on his pancreas she suggested the scope to see what could be gotten out of his stomach. She was nice enough to call another dr. that was suppose to be in on sunday we were there Saturday, to do the scope. This nice dr said he would come in that day and do the scope and he did took time away from his life to come see our Hooch. They did the scope and gave us an estimate on costs just the scope verses the surgery. Dr Miles was afraid of a pancreatitis and he mite not survive if he had surgery, we had to take the chance and let them do what needed done. I got a call later on telling me he had to have the surgery the estimate of how much it was going to be and the good Dr. that took time out of his day to save our Hooch stayed for the surgery! Long story short our Hooch is backwards very wary of strangers they made him feel so comfortable when we took him back to have his staples taken out he was not afraid at all he loved all of them and the estimate they gave was right on. He has had to go back twice now just for the staple removal and the blood work to check his pancreas and live an such cause they were elevated both times we took him back he was comfortable and almost happy to see them! I would def recommend anyone to go there the caring staff and the making us and Hooch feel comfortable, thank you so much!!!! Especially thank you for saving my babys life he is back to normal and happy! I cant say enough good things!

I absolutely love the staff at Twin Maples Veterinary Hospital. I have taken both my cat and dog there for the past four years. My usual doctor is Dr. Kim Burkhardt. But, the great thing about Twin Maples is that they are a small clinic, but have several doctors. So, on the occasion that my dog has been sick unexpectedly, I have still been able to get in with a doctor quickly. They arent an emergency clinic, but they have always been able to get me in quickly for non-emergency situations. They are a full service clinic and are able to fill almost all of my prescription needs as well. They also have very convenient hours. They are open as late as 7 pm and even have hours on Saturday and Sunday. On top of being professional, I trust my pets with the staff. When I come in, the staff in the reception area knows my dog by name. The doctors are caring and work with you to help determine the issues, causes, and treatments for your pets. They are also good in an emergency. My dog had her teeth cleaned, and she had a reaction to one of the pre-anesthesia drugs. Her heart rate slowed to less than half of of what it should have been. It was caught quickly because she was being constantly monitored and they reacted quickly to save her and make sure she got to come back home safely with me. It was nothing that could have been foreseen. If you are looking for a new vet. Id highly recommend Twin Maples!

Our dog was recently very ill and our regular vet was not open due it being a weekend. We looked up this vet and saw they were open on a Saturday afternoon. We called them and got right in. Unfortunately we were 45 minutes away and our precious and beloved girl passed away on the way to the clinic. Upon arrival I went in and told the lady at the counter what had happened. I cried as I told her and she showed such compassion for me as she herself got tears in her eyes. I asked for someone to come to the car just to take a listen and confirm that she indeed had passed away. In a short time the vet came out with an assistant and confirmed for us. Everyone there was so compassionate and caring. And they had never met us or our pet before. If they can treat strangers this way, I can only imagine how they treat their loyal customers. We are hoping we can make this our primary vet clinic for the rest of our animals. This place is amazing and we only wish we had found them sooner. Thank you to your staff that was involved with us! Your concern and compassion will always be in our hearts as we faced this difficult time with our beloved Rosie girl. Thank you.

My dog is a Clumber Spaniel, Bella. She has had chronic dry eyes for 8 years. I just transferred to Dr. Clouse when my Vet retired. Dr. Clouse did a test and determined that she does not make tears at all and prescribed medication along with lubricating eye drops multiple times a day. That worked somewhat, but the problem persisted and she had running, gooey eyes all day long. I came in about 2 weeks ago and Dr Clouse has a new medication for chronic dry eyes. He gave me a free sample and said to try it. This is THE BEST I have ever seen her eyes look in 8 years. No longer have to clean her eyes all day. She gets the drops twice a day and her eyes look great. Dr Clouse is the most informed vet I have dealt with and has great manners with animals and their owners. I could not be happier I found this clinic and especially Dr. Clouse! Ask for him if you have a pet with chronic illness or something no one has been able to find out what is wrong.....he has decades of experience......AND IT SHOWS! I am a physician myself and would prefer him to treat me than other Docs I know.

I am a new dog mommy and I could not imagine taking my sweet Beagle Boris anywhere else! We adopted him about a month ago and unfortunately, he has encountered some complications to his neuter site he had performed at the shelter I adopted him from. Dr. Clouse and his staff have been wonderful! Boris had to have additional surgery yesterday in an effort to correct his extensive infection and everyone was so kind and loving toward myself, my son and our little Boris. My son became a little emotional after pre-school because he was worried about his dog staying overnight " At the DOG-TORS house" so he wanted to personally ask the staff how he was and if he could talk to him. One of the staff members Brittany walked the phone back to Boris kennel and let my son "speak" with his dog which I cannot explain how special that was for him . I wouldnt take my dog anywhere else!!! -Boris Mom

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. They only care about $$, i have been bringing my pet here for the last 7 years, at first they were great, but as time has passed, they have gone down hill very quickly. At one point the guy "in charge" (as he called himself) said if i dont have the money for a visit that i can get out. (idk why he said this, as i had the money for my visit). This last time i took my dog there, they diagnosed him, and prescribed medications...the meds were almost as expensive as the visit, and they did nothing to help. i tried to call up there and see if i could get a different med, and they basically told me "no, bring your pet back here so we can start over at your cost". im over $300 for a simple infection...not good. i love my pet, and thats why i will never bring him back here again. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
