CROOKS!!! Worst experience ever! We live in Powell TN, and adopted from the Morristown Animal Shelter. We took our Jack Russell, Max, in to be neutered. We left that morning comfortable in the choice we had mad with this Vet. Later that afternoon when picking him up I noticed they had two different addresses for us. I asked the young lady at the counter to correct the mistake but she didn’t. As they brought Max out to me I had to insist we brought him in a carrier, and it took 10 minutes to locate his carrier. As I’m waiting for the carrier I asked about an e-collar (the cone), and I was told he didn’t need one. We kept the dog from licking his wound during waking hours, but at night he licked the wound. So we ended up taking him to another Vet closer to home where we learned Max required a repair surgery that cost $230.09! I contacted Dr. Andrew Crewer who assured me he would contact the ownership and the office Manager who would call me back the next business day. Now I can’t reach the Dr, the owner, or the office manager! This group is a bunch of crooks! I’ll NEVER take any animal to these crooks again, nor will I EVER adopt from the Morristown Animal Shelter as long as they do business with these crooks!

I have taken all my pets to Animal Hospital. The most recent are my Corgis. They will be 11 in March. Kaye Busler has been phenomenal. My male had a fatty tumor and when doing surgery, Kaye found a soft tissue sarcoma, she tried to contact me before removal, but I was unavailable. Thank God she knew what I would want and removed all that she could. She sent the tumor to UT Vet Clinic for testing and got us an immediate referral. My Bo has endured a lot, but is a cancer survivor thanks to Kaye. She and Dr. Kruer always consult with UT on any difficult cases or for anything that cant be handled locally. My little girl has kidney disease now that is maintained. She had no symptoms and went in renal failure. Kaye saved her. She taught me how to care for her and we stay on top of all their healthcare. I have never found them to ve unreasonable. They have even saved me money on seeing if they can get any of Bo and Daisys medications at a lower price. I dont know what I would have done without them especially over the past year and a half.

To let you know i have heard nothing but good news about this practice and the animal hospital. Unlike you and all the other jasón mays. I dont think you have enough coming sense to understand the vets there. If they said your dog doesnt need a cone. Than your fog doesnt need a cone. Also these people are the kindest most respectful people. I nevrr been here before but i know the people who run it. And i have heard nothing but good. I wont let you ruin that reputation. So that being said get the heck over yourself and go do us all a favor. Go back to school and than your can write a better review

Been going to Dr Burns office for the last 20 years and they are without a doubt the BEST animal doctors in Morristown and surrounding counties. The most reasonably priced Drs office around and I feel sorry for those who dont think so but he has been voted number one for a few years running. Their employees are the kindest and most gentle people in regard to animals that i have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

Ive taken my pets to Dr. Burns at the Animal Hospital for years! Hes excellent! And in my opinion, more reasonable in costs than other Vets.
