My experience at Dr. Kims office was appalling, They get you in immediately to start the work because they want their money immediately. Then all bets are off for how long you have to wait for future appointments. I have been lied to and grossly over charged. The office staff is incompetent and rude. Dr. Kim did some veneers and I expressly told him to be very careful not to break my adjacent bridge. Of course he did and took no responsibility and would not fix it. I had to go to another dentist and spend thousands of dollars more. They insisted I get a mouth guard but never told me it was almost $600. I have been to many other dentists and asked them what they charged for mouth guards and none were over $150. If you have insurance they cant screw you, but if you dont have insurance beware, beware, beware!!! In my opinion do not go to this office.

Dr. Kim and his staff went above and beyond my expectations! My usual dentist was not able to perform certain work on a tooth that needed a crown so I was referred to Ultimate Dental. The office is very nice, modern and comfortable. Staff never kept me waiting long. Dr. Kim really took the time to explain to me the procedure (a minor surgery) he was performing on the tooth. He even made the extra effort to fix up an adjacent tooth while he was working on the original tooth! I think he must do great work because the healing process has been a breeze and the finished product is looking great.

From the moment I walked in the door I had a wonderful experience. The entire team in Dr. Kims office was polite and helpful. The office and exam rooms are very clean and everything ran very smoothy. I am new to the area and was nervous about finding a new dentist but I can say with confidence I chose the best practice!

Dr. Kim, in my opinion, is the best dentist around. I have never met any doctor that takes so much time with his patients and makes them feel so relaxed. In addition to Dr. Kims professionalism, the office staff is second-to-none. I highly recommend this office. Thanks Dr. Kim!!

Had a wonderful first experience at Dr. Kims office. Dr. Kim was very explanatory in my dental needs and the office is so bright, clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

One of the very few dental offices you can go into and feel comfortable. Really friendly staff. Got me through a chipped tooth first thing in the morning and had me ready to go with no issues at all. Definitely has my business from now on!
