DONT GO!!!! We will never come to this office again. We had some major issues that I will go into detail on. One was that it took them 3 months to schedule our cleaning as new patients, when we finally arrive for not our cleaning, but our initial patient exam, my husband waited an hour and a half to finally be called back, and I waited an hour and 15 minutes to be called back, and lastly, the office manager, Jenny, was very unprofessional and trashy and argued with me in front of a waiting room FULL of patients. The office is a complete mess as well, the presentation of it is dirty and it stinks as well. After waiting for an hour and a half, and an hour and 15 minutes for our appointments (On a work day), it took just 20 minutes for X-rays and Dentist exam, upon check out they let us know it would take another month before we could schedule cleanings. When I mentioned the frustrating wait time to the check out lady, the office manager chimed in loudly with an attitude saying that I needed to stop complaining because "It wasnt there fault", my question was "Then whose fault is it?" She continued arguing with me….then I mentioned that we might as well show up for our cleaning an hour late if we are just going to have to wait an hour and a half again. She argued with me again, and said that not only would they not see me and my husband that day if we show up late, but they are not going to see me and my husband at all and that I could just leave and not become patients. At the end of my exam I paid, and schedulde my cleaning even though frustrated with the above situation, and I nicely said Thank you to the check out lady, then asked for the office managers name who was arguing with me. She gave me her name, and the office manager was right behind her, and turned around and said OK, Bye Maam, have a nice day (several times) yelling that as I walked out of the door, and she yelled it over and over again until I got out of the door in front of a room full of patients. I then went back in, and asked to speak to whomever that office manager reported to, and she charged into the waiting room and thew a business card at me, again speaking loudly and arguing with me in front of a room full of patients, and said to call that number, I said no, that I would like to speak with the doctor now. I notified to doctor of her behavior with me and he said he would "talk to her". I feel bad for the people that this person manages in the office! But mostly, I feel bad for any other customers that she may come in contact with.

DO NOT GO HERE. I dont even know where to start with this place. The receptionists and office staff are rude on the phone and rude in person. They will not answer your questions when you call but they will, however, put you on hold for 25 minutes before they hand you over to someone else who cant answer your question either. The dentist, Dr. Nguyen, has no bedside manner whatsoever and does not even greet you when he walks into the exam room. He makes you feel like youre just another check on his list for the day, he spends no time really explaining whats going on just gets in and out as quickly as possible. After he did my fillings I developed tooth pain so they scheduled me a consultation with the endodontist (I dont remember his name but he is an Indian man). The endodontist ANSWERED HIS CELL PHONE in the middle of my consultation while I sat there just waiting to get on with it and get out of there. After a five minute exam he promptly told me I needed two root canals and that was that. I just cant bring myself to trust the opinions of the people at this office, given the way that they treat their patients. This place is just another big corporate dentist office looking to make money. My search for a new dentist office begins today. DO NOT GO HERE.

The dental assistants were not very friendly, and were speaking negatively about other assistants in the office in front of me. Dr. Parrish called me back, but did not introduce himself, or make any attempt to build rapport with a brand new patient who has a phobia of dentists and the dentists office (which was written several times on my initial questionnaire), which is very disheartening as their motto is "We Cater to Cowards." He did absolutely nothing to make me feel less anxious about what was going on. After a very quick exam I was told that was going to have to have a lot of expensive dental work done and to set up all of the appointments that day. There was another patient that was taken to a room with all of the dirty, unsanitary materials from the previous patient, and no one even apologized to the new patient for the mix up, the dentist just snapped at the the dental assistant about the dirty room, and the patient was sent back to the waiting area. This was the first and last time I will be visiting Greenberg Dental in Daytona Beach.

1515 S. NOVA ROAD AND EVERY OFFICE THEY HAVE...DONT TRUST THEM...This so called Dr Kermit is a blatant moron, as a matter of fact , the entire office is rude, arrogant and obnoxious...Both So called Dentists started working on me and decided arbitrarily to expel me from their office BECAUSE I decided to use my insurance at the end of the year rather than to loose it TO HAVE THEM EXTRACT SEVERAL BROKEN TEETH THAT WERE CAUSING PAIN and this DR KERMIT, WOULD NOT LISTEN AND stated "if you dont do as I say, you go find someone else...Theyre nasty, and evidently narcissistic. TAKE THE TIME TO FIND A REAL DENTIST OFFICE WITH REAL MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS...REMEMBER THESE JERKS TRAVEL FROM OFFICE TO OFFICE, SO ANY GREENBURG DENTAL AND ORTHODONTIST OFFICE WILL HAVE THIS SAME (DR KERMIT) MORON...BELIEVE ME YOU DONT WANT TO EXPERIMENT WITH THEM...i PERSONALLY WOULD NOT SEND MY DOG TO THEM...GOOD LUCK IF YOU DECIDE TO USE THEM...THEY ALL NEED TO HAVE THEIR LICENSES TO PRACTICE DENTISTRY REVOKED...AS THAT IS WHAT THEY DO (PRACTICE) NON PROFESSIONALS....

Ive been going to Greenberg for over 10 years (general check-ups, braces, and wisdom teeth removal). I get the service one would expect out of a large dental group. Make an appointment at least a month in advance, theyre busy, just as you would expect from a large office. Make an appointment for the morning time, they will get backed up, just like ANY other doctors office. The receptionist treat you as you treat them. Come in with a bad attitude, expect a bad attitude in return. Be nice to them, they will be nice in return. This business is definitely a "get what you pay for" operation. If you want a warm, fuzzy, top of the line experience, go to another office. If you just want to get in, get out, get on with your life, Greenberg will facilitate just that.

Felt like I was walking into a zoo run by clones of Roz from Monsters Inc. I got a call to remind me of my wisdom teeth appointment the day before but no one let me know that they decided I owed $900 unfront instead of $400. I could tell she took great pleasure is telling me that as I walked in at 7:30 in the morning. I think she was hoping I would just cancel. I still went through with it though that was all the money I had saved for school. The doctor was nice for the 2 seconds I saw him before I passed out. I woke up in the car and my fiancé let me know they had wheelchaired me out the back door of the parking lot. I thought they would have at least let me sit there after I woke up till I could walk, but I guess they had better things to do.
