Cant say enough about how professional and polite the staff are here. From the minute you walk into the door, to the time you leave, youre treated with respect. Not only are the beautiful ladies on the staff here polite, theyre extremely knowledgeable about your teeth as well. Dr. Silva is one of a kind, he understands the anxiety of dental procedures for the patient and does his very best to cater to those sensitive to having their teeth worked on. Hes never rushed, always on time, and always willing to answer any questions. Most important of all, he doesnt do any superficial work, he does it right the first time. Overall, Dr. Silva is one of the most professional and knowledgeable doctors Ive met and the great staff just makes it that much better Update 6/8/16: Dr. Silva remains my favorite dentist. Unfortunately I had to have a wisdom tooth extracted today, but he did a fantastic job. Wasnt long before he had it out and he put up with my wuss pain tolerance without a complaint. It does seem like the staff rotates here pretty often, cant really say why although Id assume a lot of them are moving up in the medical field. Doesnt really matter overall because theyre still friendly, helpful, and professional. They really go out of their way to make me happy, but more important than that they make sure my mouth is happy and improving. I was concerned about an area between two teeth that wouldnt finish healing and Dr. Silva went out of his way and spent time to work on getting it fixed. The fact that I was drooling everywhere and I couldnt help but say thank you at the end of the procedure should attest to how good of a dentist he is.

A year ago I went to the dental clinic to do a filling on my front tooth, but when doctor did Xray he told that the root canal is infected and I need a root canal to be done, and the tooth need a crown, he said it is too late to do filling. I decided to get a second opinion, but since it wasnt bothering me I decide to wait until i find a good dentist, because I ve seen lot of people in my life with terrible crowns and blue gum lines they cause, when not properly installed.One of my friends use to have those bad quality crowns before , but when I met her recently she had beautiful, new crowns on her front teeth, and her gum line looking healthy, the blue color gone! I decided to go to her dentist even before she recommended him. I came to Lakeside Daytona Dentist office ready to make a crown, but, when Dr Silva examined my tooth, he said"I know what I need to do, no root canal, no crown, I ll fix it!"- Can somebody imagine my relief ??? Save my natural tooth, and thousand+ $!!! Yes, He fixed it beautifully matched the color perfectly, my tooth looks great! I am so happy with his work.. He also did a few more fillings without any pain,everything was perfect, friendly, professional, experienced team, office has most modern equipment and tecnology, affordable prices. Dr Silva is very experienced, he is the best and honest, It is the only place I will go with my dental problems. Would recommend to everybody.

I recommend this office. I am used to the front office attendant saying hello signing me in and then asking for my credit card. This has been the extent of my interactions with them. I was very surprised by the extended knowledge the front office person had of Dental Insurance and she was able to provide me with enough information so that I could choose this office because they offer a better plan than any HMO since you will enjoy going to the dentist and not feel like cattle while you wait for your turn. If you select this office you will get the exact check ups and cleanings an HMO will provide for about the same price and they will work with you to have the dental work you need by providing discounts or payment plans (keep in mind that HMO s have a greater list of what they do not cover, that what they cover). From a financial perspective this is a great choice and a great deal. I mention the financial aspect first because so many of us think we cant afford good dental health. From a dental health point of view, I had a great interaction with the staff and the doctor and believe me I have never been a fan of the dentist! This means I will be smiling for a long time in and out of the dentist office! In fact on the same day I had my visit with the doctor, I cancelled my HMO to keep having all my dental work done at Lakeside Daytona Dentist.

This office deserves MORE than 5 stars, as they clearly have some very important policies in play that many, MANY places in this area lack. One of them being - Teamwork. It is nice to walk into a business and see employees smiling not just at their patients but at each other. You go into any place where there is discord among staff and most people feel that. This office has a very positive atmosphere to it. The entire staff works so well with each other to provide QUALITY treatment for each individual that comes through the door, myself included. From payments to your personal dental plan - they will take the time to answer any questions you may have and assist you in any way they can. The staff here really takes TIME with you & they make you feel like a PERSON. NOT a number. Im a huge fan of providing positive feedback and giving credit where credit is due. I will never waste my time on writing a review for an office that does not deserve it. This office really has it together & I could not ask for a better Dental experience. Keep up the GREAT work guys !!! This is what its all about and yall ROCK IT!!!!!!!

Its my first time in here, just for my exam for today. Started with the paperwork which wasnt bad at all. The ladies at the front desk answered my questions for me (about the insurance part, which always confuses me) and were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Super nice people. Then the dental assistant took me in for my x-rays. She explained literally everything to me; what everything means, why theyre done, what theyre looking for, etc. The X-rays arent fun, pretty uncomfortable, but she understood that completely and made it 100 xs easier than what it could have been if someone else were doing it. Then Dr. Silva came in, introduced himself, and also explained everything that he was doing. He was very kind. This is a great dental office, would recommend it to anyone. I attempted going to Aspen Dental off International Speedway Blvd. before finding this place, and would never go back. They were all very immature there, and I felt as though they just wanted me in and out as fast as possible. (I hate putting businesses out there like that, but it was THAT bad). All in all, loved this place. Thanks guys!

I have been to 3 different dentists offices over the past year in central Florida. Dr. Silvas office was the best by far. I did not wait to be seen. I showed up on time, and they were ready for me upon arrival. That is huge to me!! Most dentists have you wait at lease a half an hour before seeing you. I like that they value my time. The staff was so pleasant and kind. Dr. Silvas assistant Stacey took her time with me explaining the procedure and also discussed the costs and payment options. Her skills and professionalism were a 10!! I felt the pricing was also very fair. The office is very clean and airy, I was at ease while having my dental work taken care of. I trusted that there instruments were sanitized well and correctly just because of how well kept the entire office was. This is most important to me. I will most definitely be returning to see Dr. Silva and his kind staff for all of my future dental work.
