When I first met this group of ladies, I wasnt sure what to expect. I was shopping for a good vet, and they were new to the area. Like many of us, owned by our pets, I wanted to be certain that I could entrust them with my cats health and well-being. After my first visit, I was so thrilled to not only find a group of people that KNEW what they were doing, but genuinely LOVE what they do. Thats what got me hooked. Each time I bring Peaches in (even if she doesnt agree) I have a blast! Dr. Gray always teaches me something to help be a better pet owner. I have, and will continue to recommend her to every pet owner I know. Dr Gray and her staff are gentle, patient, respectful, kind, and welcoming. They offer more than I expected to find. I was looking for a "good" vet, instead I got an exceptional one. One with knowledge, and the confidence in her knowledge to put you at ease. Thank you for all that you do. Welcome to Piedmont Ladies!

I called to have 4 in 1 shots and a coggins test for all 3 of my horses. I was told an exact price over the phone of how much it would be. Im only 17 so it took me a while to save up the money. When I finally did, on the appointed day the vet showed up over an hour late. I wasnt called or notified at all that she was still coming. Anyway she did all of my horses shots and then I made sure about the price so I could pay her. She said "oh, I think you mustve been misquoted". My horses shots ended up being $125 more dollars than what I was told on the phone. I didnt have the full amount so she sent the bill. After two weeks I received no results from my coggins tests so I called the clinic and they said I would receive the results after the full bill has been paid, a price I wasnt even told in the first place. Very unprofessional, I do not recommend their business.

Dr. Gray will be our forever vet!! She is a very compassionate person, and so down to earth. I felt like I had known her for years. I would have not chosen Westbrooke if not for Emily, Dr. Grays awesome vet tech. She spent 20 minutes on the phone answering all my questions before we decided to book the appt. Dr. Gray spent over an hour with us and just really put me at ease. The office does not feel super clinical, so Halo was very comfortable with everything. He is BIG and hyper but Dr. Gray and Emily knew exactly how to handle him. Prices lower than others in Powdersville. Very responsive on the phone. So so happy to have found Westbrooke.

We brought our cat in for a regular check up just to make sure everything was ok. Dr. Gray took a lot of time with us to explain everything she was seeing and about some issues we might need to watch out for. I dont usually write reviews but we were very impressed and have found a Vet we can count on. Highly recommended.

I recently moved to the area and had no idea where to take my pomchi puppy for his check up. I was referred to Dr. Gray and she was amazing! She took great care of my puppy and gave me exactly what he needed. I will definitely be taking him back!
