I would strongly recommend not bringing your pet here. I dropped my dog off at 10am for the convenience as I was told they were busy and it would be faster than my appointment at 2:00pm. I live 30 mins away and was told they close at 5:00. After not hearing from them all day, I headed back to Easley around 4:30. Upon arriving at 5:00, my dog still had not been taken out of her kennel or looked at by the vet and was not seen until 5:30. I asked why I had not been called to inform me that my dog still hadnt been seen and no one seemed to be able to answer that. Rather than the vet inviting me back to the room to do the evaluation or apologizing for still not looking at my dog, she hid in the back room and it wasnt until 6:15 that she was finished- mind you there were no other patients waiting or dogs she was attending to. Additionally I am certain this vet lied about the fecal examination because in the past 4 years, 6+ vets and nurses have been unable to get a test. Also after this appointment, it has not happened- my dog will not allow it. This vet and one other helper certainly did not get a fecal sample. After the examination she brought my dog back up front and it was clear she was ready to go home - understandably. She sprung the news on me that my dog had a heart murmur, but again did not invite me back to a room but instead quickly delivered the information across the desk and then asked if I had any questions and if not to call her tomorrow. She gave me no information on what a heart murmur was, the risks etc. and it was not until the following day that I researched it more and discovered there were a lot of details she left out. With the follow up call, I expressed my disappointment and also asked questions that I felt like shouldve been answered automatically and may have been if she wasnt in a hurry to leave. She told me that she was "sorry for the way I felt" but never once apologized for her actions. Let me add that I have been going to Banfield hospitals for 4+ years and have referred many friends. I have NEVER seen such an unprofessional, rude vet in my experiences. I will never be taking my dog back to the Easley office again.

My dog loves these employees so much. Hes always excited to go to the vet. The staff welcomes him warmly like hes an old friend they havent seen in a while. The staff is great at reminding me of appointments, and always call to check on him the following day. Ive never seen a dog so excited to go the vet as he is. Thank you Banfield for taking such good care of Jake and for loving him almost as much as I do!

I have taken my cat there for the same problems. I spent per visit over $100.00 for each time. I was told to buy her a prescription cat food. Which was another $41.99 out on the floor. The cat is still has blood in her urine. I guess I will have to take her to another Vet. that can get the problem handled. Be careful when going to the vet.! They will take your money and still wouldnt fix the problem.

Will fail to collect billing information for your wellness plan which is auto-withdrawn and then 6 months later you will get a collections letter in the mail

The staff is helpful and professional. My pets really like the staff that makes a big difference for me when choosing a hospital or pet professional.

Would not see my dog even though he was crying out in pain. I call twice, they could have told me then. If I could give a no star I would!
