This vet relentlessly recriminated us because we choose to purchase our dogs expensive medication on-line -- to save about 50% of the cost. We had told her this up front, and then she pulled a stunt with the prescription she was required by law to write for us: she wrote it for only about 6 weeks of the drug, requiring 18 subsequent, uncomfortable visits to her if we were to continue using her services. That is unconscionable and unprofessional. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, thinking shed made a mistake with the first script. There was no error -- she intended to repeatedly take it out of our hide. Ive never had an experience like this with a vet. Unbelievable.

My pet has had an ear problem for ten years. Finally, we found a vet who diagnosed him properly and he has improved in a very short time. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Diana and her staff. I just regret that it has taken so long for a vet to diagnose our cat. I am so appreciative of everything the doctor has done for Blueridge, and also for the caring attitude of all the staff. I also appreciate going to an office where the personnel are well educated in their field. Chrystal and Sarah were wonderful!. Janice and Chuck White.

Our dog Stinky has allergy problems, Ive gone to two different vets & his allergies got worse and no results. Ive decided to go the third time. Third time was definitely a charm! Dr. Gollakner & Dr. Jacqlyn Diana not only helped Stinky, they gave him antibiotics & new medication to help his allergies! It was awesome! Stinky is a new dog. He doesnt smell & he is not biting or scratching. I may have to change his name, not. But, our dog has a new attitude & a new life because of the Doctors that care at the Apollo Animal Hospital ♡

Just walked out of this so called animal hospital. Brought my Aussie who is gentle and very loving. The assistant and so called Vet. are clueless. The other vet always had no problem ever. I have brought my dogs without issue for last 2 years. Their handing on my dog was clueless. Trying to hold a frighned dog they way they did. When I tried to help was told that the assistant must hold dog. And then quoted law to me.about muzzles Im not here for a legal lesson Im here to help my dog. I wont be back unbelievable.

I called about my sick 15 year old lab and they set up an appointment very quickly, when I arrived I was seen within minutes. They took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me my options, before committing to anything they gave me a price for the services for which they were suggesting. It was very reasonable and I had them complete all services. I left with the proper medication and my mind at ease. They were very caring with me and my baby. I would recommend them to anyone needing animal care!!!

I called this morning to get a second opinion on my very sick cat of 18 years. I brought in her records and x-rays from her Primary Vet which Dr. Diana reviewed and opinions coincided. I want to thank you for doing this, though it wasnt the news I wanted to hear, its nice to know people still do things from the kindness of their heart. Dr. Diana was very kind and compassionate.

The Dr. And staff were very kind and compassionate. They were wonderful. I highly recommend them. The place is very clean. Did not wait very long. just came back from our first visit. took our very sick kitty. the vet and all the staff we encountered were very kind and compassionate. they gave us our options and in the end gave us the time and support we needed to say goodbye to our friend. Will be using them again when we are adopted by another animal.

Very unhappy with our experience today two dogs over $500.00 later charged for some stuff never done and didnt get some things we were suppose to get either. Im use to a whole other level of customer service. Spent over 3 hours there for an appt. The experience was just awful we will not be coming back.
