This is Tristan Williams cant access another account I left a review on. These people told me they sedated my dog for the same reason I mentioned as before because of his legs but failed to mention in the owner response the 3 OTHER times he was NOT SEDATED pathetic. Then they go on to say in the owner response that they ""need him sedated to keep him calm Please keep in mind, there are multiple factors that contribute to a visit at the veterinarian. Other clinics may be able to “handle” Gotti without sedation. Please be aware of what that potentially means: forceful restraint, incomplete exam, repeat fear and mistrust forms, etc."" people LISTEN THEY HAVE WORKED ON HIM 3 OTHER TIMES !WITHOUT! A need for ANY OF THAT. But now the only person that wasnt scared of dogs DOES NOT work there the vet we took him to now didnt do ANY OF THAT he was in and out in 20 minutes. like I posted in my other post they try to make it seem like the dog is the problem when its them!!! If you have a large dog thats growls or anything DO NOT TAKE HIM HERE. They should not work at a vet scared of dogs. Ive taken him to a different vet 2 times in the past two weeks and there was NO need for forceful restraint, incomplete exam, fear and mistrust forms etc"" I was in and out in 20 minutes the first time and 40 minutes the second time. Ill tell you why this place helped me more than rocky creek is because the only person that wasnt scared of our dog does NOT work at rocky creek anymore as of a few months ago. This place is ridiculous trying negate blame for wanting to put him to sleep to do something that took 20 minutes at the other vet. They can say what they want in their owner response but the facts are facts. THEY are the problem not the dog. Pathetic how they blamed the dog for an incomplete exam or anything when our new vet on wade Hampton has 0 problems these people at rocky creek only want to deal with completley perfect dogs ridiculous.. and the dog was "growling and snarling" yeah thats what PLENTY of dogs do that have problems man every reason they stated in the owner response is completley invalid because we did NONE of the precautions they stated in the owner response at the vet on wade Hampton and weve been in and out quickly TWO TIMES like I stated above... ridiculous.. on top of that they diagnosed his ear wrong and the times we had it treated there it NEVER improved two visits to this vet and the ear infection is basically gone as compared to over a year of rocky creek not diagnosing it right. They say you get what you pay for but clearly not in this case. Overpriced and scared to work with any dog that isnt wagging his tail happy to be there at the vet. And the fact they think They even had the need to tell me my dog cant come back is completley ridiculous from the amount of unprofesionalism coming from them its ridiculous how EVERYTHING they stated that needed to be done to him for a simple ear check up was NOT NEEDED AT THEOTHER VET.. ridiculous how one person at that place was the only one not scared of him I guess its a good thing they dont work there anymore or I would have never found this vet on wade Hampton that was happy to see my baby boy WITHOUT sedation, forums, or restraints.. I can not express how angry I am that they have not owned up to a single thing as their fault in ANY owner replies smh. Its like a child that thinks they never do anything wrong all their worried about is their appearance man. They should be ashamed at themselves and Im happy my dog didnt have to go through what they stated he would need to be seen there and walked in and out of out new vet with NO sedation restraints or forums. Learn to take responsibility and dont tell me you hope my dog gets better had it not been for your wrong diagnosis for the ear infection the first time he would have already had it cleared up. Good thing the new vet diagnosed it right the first time what rocky creek failed to do. Smh.

We started visiting Rocky Creek Veterinary Hospital about 2 years ago after moving to the area. I initially selected them out of convenience from where they were located, but have stayed because of the wonderful staff and all the great services they offer. I appreciate having everything at one location, from day camp to boarding to veterinary care, and we have used them all! Every time our pups have gone to Doggie Day Camp, they’ve come home happy and exhausted from a full day of play. They even offer warm muffins in the winter and frosty paws in the summer as special treats! I have peace of mind leaving our pets boarded while we are away knowing they’re in such good hands. And they even have a website where you can access your pet’s vaccination records and schedule an appointment online for added convenience. One of our dogs was recently diagnosed with a serious health condition that currently is being managed through medication and a special diet, all of which is very costly. Other veterinarians may have just stuck to the traditional treatment plan, but Dr. Capra took the time to research alternate care options that were practical and far less expensive. Just a short while after his diagnosis, theres already been great improvement in his condition and we are hopeful that he will continue to get better. From the people at the front desk to the doctors and vet techs caring for their patients (and everyone in-between), everyone at Rocky Creek is friendly, caring, and genuinely cares for each pet as if it were their own.

I first brought my rescue puppy, Jaxon, to Rocky Creek 2 months ago. A couple of days after he came home with us, he became listless and refused to eat. I called Rocky Creek and was told to bring him in right away, even without an appointment. He tested positive for Parvo Virus. Dr. Powers explained to me thoroughly what to expect and was very frank about treatment and possible outcomes. With a heavy heart, I left him for treatment. For the next 7 days Dr. Powers and his staff fought for my little guy as if he was their own pup. They called me daily during office hours and Dr. Powers called me each night with updates. They encouraged me to visit and always made me feel welcome, no matter how busy they were. What I witnessed while visiting Jaxon reaffirmed for me my decision to trust this Veterinary Hospital to do everything possible for my puppy...and he pulled through a very severe case of Parvo! He is a strong and healthy puppy today, and I cant thank Dr. Powers and his entire staff enough. If you are looking for an exceptional Veterinarian, I encourage you to check out Rocky Creek Veterinary Hospital. The entire staff is exceptional and the Doggy Day Camp is a Godsend! Jaxon starts wagging his tail the minute I pull my car into the parking lot...which say so much about this facility and its entire staff.

Rocky Creek is a phenomenal facility. I moved here within the past year and didnt realize a vet could have so much to offer. From the moment I entered the facility, I was impressed with the cleanliness and with the customer service. Each receptionist took a moment to talk to me, and loved on my dog too! The medical team is extremely skilled as well; my dog has had multiple surgeries at Rocky Creek and I would not trust anyone else with my Ham. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and both Dr. Powers and Dr. Capra will bend over backwards for my and my pets needs. This is so important to me because my dog is like my child. Their experience in the veterinary field and vast knowledge puts my mind at ease. The boarding facility is massive and very clean, it was so clean it was hard to believe dogs stay in there! The kennel staff Ive meet through Doggie Day Camp have all been extremely friendly and love on Hampton every chance they get. I never worry about my dog whenever he is there, whether its for boarding, surgery, or day camp, because I know he is receiving the best care possible. I would not take my dog to any other clinic because it would be second-rate. I will have a difficult time finding a place like Rocky Creek if I leave Greenville! Hampton and I love it!
