A great vet clinic. We had to have a member of our family (one of our elderly dogs) put to sleep and the kindness, caring, professionalism, was amazing. I am quite sure on that visit they lost money. They charged us so very little and let us grieve and make difficult choices without pressure or any agenda to make money. They have helped us with multiple animals including a rescue. Mastersons has awesome vets and assistants that really care about your pets. We travel almost an hour out of our way because the drive is worth it. They dont try to constantly upsell optional services, their prices are affordable (much better than other local vets), their somerset office is very nice, and they sre great at fitting in emergency visits. We highly recommend this business.

This place has helped our dog quite a bit, and most of the staff are very kind. However, I was recently berated by a nurse for something I couldnt have known about. She went on and on about me not doing something for my dog that I had never been told about by another vet. I appreciate her passion for my dogs well-being, but her intensity and brow-beating were unpleasant when I put so much into caring for my pet.

The vet was really really nice to me and my puppy . They worked everything out with out money situation. My baby got parvo and they told me shell only need one doss of the medications and she should be fine but if not then I had to go back to be her more . But this morning I woke up and my baby is starting to act like her normal self . They help me out so much and they saved my baby girl

One of the best veterinary practices. The staff and doctors are amazing. They really treat your animal as their own and will answer any questions or concerns you have. I am beyond impressed and very proud to say that I will be switching all my animals to Mastersons after just a couple visits there with a foster puppy! Thank you for your great care!

We donated one of our kittens to the owner/doctor of the hospital to live in the clinic as the "clinic cat", Merlin. The staff allowed him to be ran over and killed by a car. How does that happen? Also, they have a nurse who works in the clinic who is very rough and cold towards animals. We have spent hundreds of dollars there. We wont be back.

I went to Mastersons for the first time with my 10 week old puppy. Everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful. We had Dr. Brink and she was so sweet and very informative. Not only did we have an amazing visit but the price was extremely reasonable. I was overall very pleased and will definitely be returning.

I live in Lancaster and there are several gets in town, but I would rather drive the 17miles to Masterson, we rescued a stay cat and all the vets in town wanted over 150 for a check up and shots, Masterson got us in same week and under 95.00 total
