I think it is a shame that these people are more polite to animals than the people who bring them service. They rush your conversation border lined rude. Hey guys you are not the only animal hospital. Maybe they are more courteous to animals because they dont have to communicate with them...lol. These people might need to take lessons from the animals they treat as apparently they do not have the communication skills to effectively communicate with humans. Remember ladies and gentlemen you are first a business which means customer service should be key essential to generate more clients and keep the clients you do have. You never know who you are speaking to on the other end of the phone or what service they maybe able to provide your service or their networking power/capabilities. With that being said I would not recommend this place not even for animals. Thanks Janett you are the one that gives your company a bad reputation, perhaps you need to be around humans more often.

Dr. Flores and his staff are absolutely amazing. He connects so well with my furry loved ones and he is obviously great and very caring with animals. I take both my dogs and cats here. He even goes as far to give you all the options as far as medication and testing that can be done, but then lets you know the essentials if you cant afford the big package. He really dials in with his customers. I was so impressed that I recommended my sister to him for her dog. Also, when my dad had to put down his dog I told him to take Wiley there. My dad is on a very tight budget and would normally go to The Humane Society. We wanted a more peaceful send off for both my Dad and Wiley. Dr. Flores was great and worked with my dad on the price to accommodate him. He is very fair price wise and he is amazing with animals. Cant say it enough. He is great.

I have been bringing my pets to Dr Flores for about 10 years and I recommend his veterinary practice wholeheartedly! He is always patient and thorough; he takes the time to listen to my concerns and questions and is never dismissive. On numerous occasions he has gone above and beyond to be sure my pets are getting the right medication or the most accurate diagnosis. I am impressed with the care and attention the entire staff provides not only to my dog & cat, but to me. When I reflect on my many experiences with Dr Flores, the word that comes to mind is compassion... and that quality is truly what sets Bearss Animal Clinic apart from the rest.

My VERY skittish, VERY big dog needed extra patience and wed tried other vets in the area. My dog not only did well with the office staff, he adored Dr Flores. My poor dog was not feeling very well, having skin infections including a yeast infection that made him loose a good portion of his hair. Dr Flores was quick to recognize the condition and what treatment to use. I tell everyone with a dog how great this place is.

I went to many vets for my dogs flea problem and this vet is the only one that cured it. I spent hundreds of dollars on exterminators etc and this doctor was the only one that knew that the fleas were resistant to the flea med. thank you again for all of your help and for your excellent knowledge.
