someone stole our purebreed yorkie(microchipped) and a month later brought them in to this place for a "cough". they scanned the dog gave the people our information and sent them on their way. convienently the people filled out the form with a wrong phone number and no address. I had been in there and given them a flyer with my dogs picture on it, they even called me at 11:43 that day asking if my dog was still missing, at 12:20 they called the microchip company to report the dog in their office, yet still let it go home with the other people with getting any of their information. at this point i am wondering why they even sell microchips at this vet office, doesnt do you any good. the following day the microchip company followed up to make sure i got my dog back(i still hadnt heard anything from the vet office), I was shocked and excited I thought the vet office would have my dog. this is where the bad gets worse. the vet office wouldnt help me at all even though they knew it was my dog the people had, they wouldnt even disclose the name of the people on the form(they did disclose the phone number was disconnected and they didnt put an address on the form, oh yea and they paid in cash). i had to get the sheriffs office involved to get the name of the form(even if it was a false name it was our only lead on getting our little one back). ends up the name came up with someone local and after a bunch of BS the sheriffs office was able to get the dog back to us. the primary Vet that owns the place freaked out when the Sheriff got the employees there to give up the name on the form(the vet wasnt there at the time). He threatened them saying they violated his patients privacy.(The patient was my dog you idiot! I cant believe he is a Vet) I think they knew they messed up by letting the dog go with the other people and they just made it worse by not helping me get my dog back. what a nightmare. dont take youre animals to this place and you better hope if your animal gets lost the people who find it dont bring it here either.

I would like to address former comments as to boarding your pet at this facility. The clinic is open 8am-5pm Mon-Fri, Sat 8-12. There are technicians that come to the facility Sat in the afternoon and Sunday in the morning and afternoon. Dr. Fox calls in each time to talk with the technicians on duty to make sure all the animals are well. All pets are walked, made sure they have food and water and that their cages are cleaned. Pets do have accidents but the technicians are pretty good at cleaning up your pet and will even give them baths if they get dirty. There are many veterinary clinics that board that do not have overnight care. As far as the "rawhide" not being used. Rawhides are not something that are kept in the cages with pets because they are supposed to be supervised when chewing on them. And since there are no technicians overnight, the rawhides are not given. Regular treats that are brought are given .Rarely has there been an issue where has a dog has been injured from leaving them alone in their cage, but luckily if there was an issue, it happened at a veterinary clinic where a doctor can come in and address it.

No way to reach facility after noon on Saturday. I have a golden retriever puppy 4 months old that I boarded there. Come to find out there is no one there, its why I cant reach them. No one to care for the animals for a majority of the weekend! Come to find out its not just the weekend... EVERYDAY when they close they leave dogs alone from 5pm to 7:30am. You do the math. Over 14 hours. Please do not board your pet here. I cant stress enough how disheartening it is to hear my dog among many others just barking with no way to go outside for the restroom. At the very least let them out for that. When I picked my dog up he was all sticky from laying in his own urine (not just the night before) also with feces all over his tail!! They also didnt give him his toys i left, rawhide was as new as when i left it. Their website says 2 to 3 walks a day and they will be treated as if they were their own pets. HARDLY!! Would u leave your pet unattended to lay in their own feces stuck in a cage? I could have left my puppy in my backyard, he would have been better off with neighbor keeping an eye on him.

This place is horrible. Dr. Fox may be the rudest human being alive and if you dont believe so, just disagree with him on something and see how he reacts and responds. They take advantage of the elder community because these peoples pets are some of the only family they have and they will pay any and everything for the care of their animal. The staff is rude, disrespectful, and could care a less about your pet. They belittle people and talk down to them. Their pricing is through the roof and the care is horrible. Dr. Fox should have his license revoked and his establishment shut down. I would drive across the state before I ever brought any of my animals back here. Price check before you even consider going in this place. There are far better vets in the area, with far better care, for way less the cost.

Dr. Fox and Dr.Stouffer are wonderful with their patients and families. You can see they love animals and their jobs. Wait times can a little crazy but they are one of few Aninal Hoso in a very busy area.. I would like to address the other comments about animals alone on weekend for 15 hours. This is completely NOT true. I am a former employee and the Vet Techs and assistants come back Sat evening to walk and feed all animals. Then again on Sun TWICE once at 8 am then again at 4pm. The Hosp, IS closed and answering service turned in. Dr. Fox himself usually stops in on weekrkends. There is always someone coming on weekends to care for your fur babies so dont worry about that EVER.

Read the review from the "Ranting Lady", and think she is redirecting her rage to the vet, instead of the guy who had her dog. There are procedures to retrieve an animal that is tagged, and none of them include the Vet keeping the dog (and a possible confrontation with the owner), or giving out information to anyone who wants it. That said, Dr. Fox personally follows up, by actually calling me at home, to find out about the condition of my cat. The care he has recieved from Dr. Fox is exempliary, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a vet for their animal.

They left my dog alone for 15+ hours with no way to reach the facility, when i had him boarded there. There is no one the to watch the dogs when the business is not open. How is the dog supposed to go potty before bed if no one lets them out of the cage? Not to mention what if a dog is hurt or injured? Avoid this place like the plague!!! Take your dog to camp bow wow in Riverview, they are fantastic! You can leave your dog, and have a peace of mind on your trip. They WILL be there to care for your dog.
