This is the best vet I have taken our dogs. Everyone that works here has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Wade has been very helpful when I was there asking questions in person and answered my questions over the phone the next day. Even the person at reception remembered my dog and me. On top of that, they are very flexible with when you can visit. I was able to walk in with my dog for a quick check without an appointment and when I was able to make an appointment I was seen right at the appointment time without having to wait around in the lobby or exam room. Thank you so much!

I have 2 babies (toy poodles) and I am happy I found Dr. Gramling! One incredible thing she did was change their food to the Royal Canin Soy and it has been the best thing that has ever happened to them, especially my little girl who has suffered with stomach problems her entire life. It has made such a huge difference in so many ways. I didnt even know there was a soy food for doggies. Another plus is that all the staff are animal lovers...they seem to dote on them when I have to bring them in and that makes me feel good! Thank you Southbay Animal Hospital!

I stopped in this morning to attempt to see if the Vet would be ever so kind to review my very sick 18 year old cats records for the previous month for a second opinion. The receptionist gave me a look like I was crazy, also appeared to be too preoccupied to show any interest, compassion or concern. I even offered to pay. I felt blown off and pushed aside. Thankfully a vet in Apollo Beach had the care and compassion and was able to help, not the news I wanted to hear unfortunately, but kindness and compassion. A lesson I hope you learn.

I had the greatest experience with Southbay Animal Hospital today! My 4 month old puppy chewed a fishing lure and caught the hook in her mouth. Although we had never been to Southbay, the staff greeted us like family and tended to our pup quickly. Within an hour Dr. Gramling discussed with us our options, anesthetized Georgia, removed the hook, and called to report that our baby girl was doing well. Compassionate, professional, and affordable. Id give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Dr. Gramling and your kind staff!

Dr Fritz treats my dog with the same love and attention as a pediatric going to a pediatricians office. She is highly educated in medications, & possible side effects or adverse reactions, as well as foods and treats. Staff is very friendly, appointment setting is a breeze. Never a wait or dog/cat fights in the waiting room. Weve never even crossed paths with another 4 legs coming or going. I love this facility and staff!! Highly recommend them for your 4 legged family members!!

Dr Gramling and her staff are "AWESOME" They have taken excellant care of my two Wheaton Terriers For the past 7 years. They are all compansionate and extremely helpful in the office. This is the "ONLY" Vet I would ever trust with my fur babies. They all go above and beyound to make you and your fur babies comfortable, you just feel like family when you are there. I wish my personal Dr was like that. lol
