My experience here was warm and welcoming! Ms. Thel is the receptionist that walked me through the computerized work with an positive attitude . The lady who did my polishing ( Minnie) was SO nice also! Such a lovely spirit I can tell. Over all my visit was very pleasant- from the assistants and Dentist. I would definitely recommend people to visit this place. =} I give it five stars for the cleanliness and friendly environment.

Great diagnosis, great treatment. She does not recommend procedures that are not required. Very knowledgeable and the entire staff is very friendly. She did my deep cleaning with ease and I did not experience any discomfort whatsoever. Worth travelling the distance although she is approx 23 miles away from my home. I would travel even 50 miles to get my dental work done by her.

I am having an excellent experience. The dentist listens to my concerns. Discussing the concerns and treatment plan is awesome. He looks me directly in the face and does not make me feel like a number or just another tooth. The dentist is confident and concerned. I am working through all the dental fears I ever had.

I called Lancaster family density and they set an appointment the same day. The front desk receptionists are extremely nice. They techs are knowledgeable and the Dr was wonderful. I recommend this dentist office for your entire family. Nice, clean and neat... I will be returning...

I came here just for an extraction. Since I have never had one before and heard several horror stories, I was a bit uneasy. It was over so quick and painlessly, they have become my go to dentistry team. Now I even go for regular check-ups, something I never did before.

When they first opened I was told my services were free, but I got a bill for almost $400 because they billed it wrong. I havent heard of the correction yet. Other than that their services and office is great. They need a Biller that knows how to bill. Thats all.

It was vey easy to obtain an appointment and they accepted Delta Dental Insurance! I was seen within days. Check-in was speedy and the staff are friendly, and the dentist actually presents your care plan and keeps you well informed of what to expect.

Has a great family feel to the place. Very clean and hi-tec. Couldnt ask for better customer service skills from the two front desk girls Fallon and Bri. Dr. B and her staff are very excellent at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone.

Was not what they said, they would do! Bait you in with cleaning/x-ray for only $59.00 and then tell you that you need a deep cleaning 170.00. They cant do you for just a cleaning, you have to have a deep cleaning. SMH, sad but so true!

I went to Dr. Sneha as I needed a filling in my molars. She is simply awesome, she did the filling to perfection. I would recommend her in a heart bit. The staff is great as well. They will make sure you are their top priority.

Not a very good place to work for Hispanics they mostly consider what religion you are or if youre very untalkative the dental are not very professional if they dont like how you look theyre not willing to teach you
