Dr. Amosu is a wonderful doctor and person. But when her nurse was rude, l called the office manager Carol Williams to complain. Upon informing her of the unprofessional and unhelpful attitude of the nurse, she was even more rude and unhelpful and hung up in my face because I refuse to accept her incompetent excuses for her staffs behavior. Hopefully l will have better luck when l file a complaint with Carols supervisor and will finally reach someone in management that actually cares about how patients are being treated by certain Piedmont Newnan staff.

Dr amousu is a great doctor but as for the doctors office its self I called three times because my children were sick and every to me got blown off saying they were to busy sent to a nurse that never called me back they dont do shots in the office for well care patients which I find discriminate and I will no longer bring my children here and its very sad because we loved their doctor but whats the point in having a doctors office they cant be seen at when they r sick!!!

Dr. Carter is great. The staff is great and the new office is modern, clean and child-friendly. Same day appointments are usually easy to come by nurses are very helpful with phone advise and script refills.

they stopped all three of my kids from coming to their facility because i was having transportation issues at the time. not fair at all !! now im trying to find another doctor !

We love Dr. Carter! He is amazing with my kids. And his nurses are wonderful every time. Staff up front are friendly and helpful. Been going here for 4 years and love it.

Dr carter is great nurses and staff are friendly and you can get an appointment usually right away.
