My children (3yo&4yo) have been going to Healthy Steps Pediatrics since 2014. Ms. Mary, Jin, and all the nurses and staff, are wonderful and do a great job making sure my children are comfortable, happy, and healthy! They are very detailed when explaining a diagnosis and home-care instructions. If I ever have additional questions or concerns, I know I can contact them and get a response quickly! Ive never had an issue with scheduling and theyve always been able to fit us in for sick visits. Their walk in hours 8a-10a are also so convenient for working parents like myself! I highly recommend this practice to family and friends!

The majority of our time at Healthy Steps we have been seen by Dr. Jin whom is a phenomenal physician. My hopes is she will always continue to have the great bedside manner she has today. She is easy to talk to, she listens well and genuinely is concerned for your childs health. I cant complain about the staff either. The staff is the best I have encountered to date. They are always nice, helpful and never seem burdened to do their job. I for one really appreciate their demeanor. They are the face for the office and the way they treat patients coming in is equally important. Kudos to all that run an exceptional office!

Took my daughter in the to get evaluated due to a car accident and all they ask me was how bad the wreck was? Ummm to the point where it lifted my whole back bumper they didnt even checked her!!! All they said was oh shes fine! The one that they were training that day was rude interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to talk to the doctor!!! Im just saying I work in the health field and patients concerns comes first also you let the patient talk and you listening til they are done then you ask them questions!!!! My daughter will not be going back!!!

I have 4 children that range in ages from 13-5. We are new to the area and I thank God we have found this jewel in pediatric care. I have never been so pleased and impressed with a pediatrics office! Dr. Mary and Ms. Diane always give you their undivided attention and are extremely personable...to top that off...as if it gets any better than that....I have been to visits and have been in and out in under 15 minutes! It is reassuring to hear your child ask to go see Dr. Mary. If you havent been to see Dr. Mary, you dont know what your missing!

Ms. Mary is the pediatric nurse practitioner youve dreamed of for your family. Her bedside manners are top notch, medical advice is spot on and her staff are fantastic. Your family will be known by name, not medical condition. She has coached, consulted and encouraged through numerous phone consultations after hours/weekends for various illnesses. Our family is so thankful for her practice in West Cobb. Do not hesitate to take your children to see her. Superior service from a simply fabulous healthcare professional!!

I absolutely love this place! Dr.Jin was the best doctor I have ever taken my daughter to. Generally I get all of my questions brushed to the side and I am left clueless but Dr.Jin made sure that I knew everything that was going on and answered questions I have been asking since literally when my daughter was born (shes 3 now). I will definitely continue to take my daughter and any future children to see Dr.Jin here at Healthy Steps!! The front office staff is also super sweet! Best pediatrician office ever !

Mrs. Mary is incredible! My 4 year old son loves her so much, whenever he has the slightest cough he asks to go to the doctors. Anytime Ive had a problem after hours, she is always extremely quick to call back, and anytime my son has needed to be seen right away, they get us in immediatly. Mrs. Diane and the office staff are so warm and friendly. I wont ever take my son anywhere else!

I absolutely love Dr Hammock and her staff. I have 4 boys and shes been seeing them since I relocated to Atlanta 6 yrs ago, since my youngest was a week old, before she started her own practice when she was at Cobb Pediatrics. She is so loving and caring. I live at least an hour from here office but I promise its the worth the drive.

Took my daughter here for her 1 month appointment I will have to say they were all awesome with her and me. Very friendly and they actually spend time with you and dont just rush in and rush you out i highly recommend them to anyone thats looking for a doctor who makes you feel very comfortable and not like a idiot. Mary is incredible! My kids love going to see her. She has built a great relationship with them, even with my teenage boys! Her office hours are very convenient for working parents. Diane is a wonderful office manager, very personable and welcoming. Ill never take my kids anywhere else. We have found a pediatric office to call home!

Nurse Mary Hammock is the best Pediatrician my son has ever EVER had. I can go on for hours about the care that we receive EVERY TIME from the entire office. She treats every visit as if she is caring for her own children. You will never find a better office than this one. ALL of the physicians are WONDERFUL there.

I have four small children, and Healthy Steps is our place of choice for pediatric care. Mary really listens to your problems and gives you personalized care. Other places come across cold and corporate. Just out for numbers. Mary gives old-fashioned, patient comes first care.

it would suffice to say its NOT Wellstar, but it is so much more...very reasonable rates, friendly staff and did I mention its not Wellstar with all the billing issues I have to deal with after each visit with their facilities.
