Our daughter is on a delayed vaccination schedule, so we had to see Dr. Rob, who is the only doctor who treats unvaccinated children. However, we always felt more like he saw us begrudgingly so that he could try and convince us to vaccinate sooner than we had decided on. The real problem was when we found out through an invoice and our insurance company that our daughter had received FOUR rounds of a vaccine when she was only supposed to receive TWO. I can only guess that this was a result of Dr. Rob not documenting correctly and he and the staff not paying attention to our daughters medical record. We will be seeking a pediatrician who cares more about our daughters health than pushing his vaccine agenda and is willing to work with us,

We have been coming to Pediatrics of Florence for over 2 years now. My son is 25 months, & my daughter is 9 months. Every doctor here is very nice & professional. My personal favorite is Jessie, one of the nurse practitioners. She is absolutely amazing! Jessie is wonderful with the kids, doesnt rush, and really listens to your concerns. The entire staff are friendly and accommodating, the office is clean & festive, & you never have to wait long to be seen. A doctor is always on call for emergencies or just assurance & theres never a problem getting in to be seen for a visit. I have referred several others to this practice. They are the best!

Upon arrival, the office is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly, and helpful. Having the fun themed waiting room and exam rooms are a nice touch and it makes it more inviting for our kids. Weve always been happy with any doctor or nurse practitioner weve seen, and they usually go above and beyond just "being the doctor"... In that they show they really do CARE. They listen, and are always friendly. We appreciate our childrens care givers!

Wonderful office. I never had a bad experience here. I loved that it was a small (One Location) practice. I loved seeing the same faces every time I went. The medical team was always attentive, helpful and kind. They were big advocates of breast feeding and even had a specialist that would work with you at your newborns well-checks! Thank you, Pediatrics of Florence for taking such good care of my babies!

We chose Pediatrics of Florence almost 15 years ago when I had my first child based upon her fathers 20 years of excellent care from Dr. Paul. 3 children later, I couldnt be happier with the quality of car my children receive. I especially appreciate the personalized attention and advice given to me as a nervous parent with a newborn. I would recommend this office to any parent.

Its a nice office with nice staff but if you are looking for a place to go that is friendly with vaccine choice this is not the place. You have to sign a form with incriminating language or you cannot be a patient at this practice. So sad to be pushed into a corner with any medical intervention.

I absolutely love all of the doctors and nurse practitioners at this office. We have been with them for 10 years and all 4 children. I highly recommend them to everyone and everyone I have recommended has thanks me profusely because they are extremely happy with their decision.

Dr. Rob is the best. My kids love him and he will always give you an accurate diagnosis and is great with kids of all ages. The office is always super clean and organized. You wont spend half your day in the office waiting on the doctors either.
