Worst billing experiences ever! Children seen here are listed as the responsible party (ages 8 & 11 - what doctor office does that!) and when I pay on their accounts at their visits, they routinely post a credit to my account because I am the one paying - even though I wasnt the one seen. Then they send my children to collections for not having made copays ($15 "overdue balances") all the while I am racking up a credit on my account. This is a routine error and has become commonplace. It takes 30 minutes to 1 hour each time they do this to "correct" the problem - prove payments were made, call my bank, then prove it to their billing company AND then they say - oh! Well, that payment is posted to your account & you have a credit! Would you like us to transfer that to the other accounts? Duh. Of course - that was where they were supposed to be in the first place! I have decided to switch doctors as a result of this constant problem. I do not have 1 hour extra to spend sorting out their problems every time I have taken one of my children to their clinic. Worst of all is when they finish these phone calls with me they say I am mean (of course! I am frustrated!) and they were just trying to "assist me" - really? I am the one assisting them! I should be on their payroll for figuring out where they continue to make an error & not once an apology for wasting my time.

I recently tried to obtain accutane for acne. To get accutane, one must answer questions on the Ipledge website before getting the prescription filled. The staff entered my information incorrectly into the system. This resulted in me answering the questions incorrectly. I sat at a pharmacy for over 1 ½ hours waiting for them to fix it. It took 7 phone calls before someone answered my questions about this issue. I finally had to go to work and gave up that day. The next day, they got the first problem fixed and they forgot to send a prior authorization letter to my insurance. This resulted in me sitting at the pharmacy again and no one at Lone Peak would take my call. I left a voicemail and had to go to work. I really wish they cared about their clients enough to get the paperwork taken care of before they hand someone a prescription. No one should have to go to the pharmacy multiple times for nothing. I should not have to call and beg them to do their jobs.

Dr Stephen Anderson is the best! My boys have had a wonderful experience with him. Hes great at explaining and sharing his advice. He takes his time to listen and really gets to know the patient. I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Orme is so kind, personable and caring. He takes time with his patients and doesnt rush them out. To me, thats what makes him stand above the rest more than anything. I feel safe in his care and am appreciative of that!

expect at least a 30 minute wait after your appointment time. I have monthly checkup visits, and end up spending an hour of my day for a 5 minute discussion with the doctor

Such a friendly staff! And Dr Orme and his PAs are always so nice and helpful!! They do a great job at resolving any issues I have and take their time with me.
