I had high hopes because I was referred here 5 years ago due to the excellent care of Dr. Farley Jones to a friend, but she was no longer accepting new patients. So I figured if she was great, so were the others. That was a mistake. Shortly after our son came home from a 2 year mission he became ill & went to see Dr. Steve Jones, after some blood work he was told that it looked like he may have leukimia and sent him to a cancer specialist. After 6 weeks of hell & our family in distress over this news, we saw the cancer specialist who asked if a mono strip had been done?....NOPE, long story short it was mono with a $3,000 bill to a cancer specialist to tell us that! BUT I kept going back because we had a daughter under their care for 2 years with what we were told by Dr. Garner had celiacs & diffused connective tissue (both auto immunes). The reason I kept going was I liked hearing that they were trying to do things in a more natural way so as not to have her on heavy medications which he felt would happen under traditional care. When I noticed my daughter could no longer use her right hand much, and the swelling in her joints were not improving but worsening I finally called Primary childrens hospital. Another long story short, she has SEVERE Polyarticular Juevenille Idiopathic Arthritus(a fast and aggressive form or arthritis) & the damage is irriversable, her bones are fusing together and her 15 year old hands look as though she has had arthritis for 45 years! The first mistake was a welcomed surprise as it wasnt as bad as was previously thought. THIS 2nd WAS DEVASTATING!!! The Dr. at Primary was shocked her general Dr. didnt see this. Im sorry but I CAN not endorse this clinic any longer!!!

Lots of great things about this place. First I love the wholistic approach--something that is VERY hard to find. When I say wholistic I mean they really look at the whole situation from pharmaceuticals to herbs and supplements to social history and nutrition. When I first started seeing Shauna and she went through my whole medical history with me (listening very closely and asking good questions) she suggested we get me off of synthetic drugs starting with my IUD that was releasing hormones. We switched me to the regular IUD and She proceeded to help me ween off of several of my pharmaceuticals and onto more natural alternatives as I was comfortable with it. This lifted me out of years of sickness and depression that I had been struggling through. She is VERY knowledgeable about herbs, homeopathics and alternative approaches to medicines but does not push them if youre not comfortable. Every time she had a suggestion to change my medications she was very clear about her thoughts on how we might fix my pains and why she thought it might help and whether I was comfortable moving forward with that. She checked in with me with phone calls and made nutritional suggestions--lots of things that showed genuine care and concern. This clinic has a great pharmacy right next door with all sorts of natural herbs, supplements, and other natural solutions. The pharmacy accepts the HSA card and so I dont have to pay for it all out of pocket. This clinic also has a lot of classes to help patients who want to learn more about a variety of health topics. Ive had an excellent experience here.

Worst medical experience of my life. Two months, dozens of phone calls from me and my pharmacist trying to get hormone scrips, now have been WITHOUT hormones for 3 weeks, and nearly $1,000 later.....they wont take my calls or refill scrips. They spent 45 mins stabbing both my arms and couldnt get a vein. Wouldnt refill the bioidentical hormones I have been on for many years even though THEIR blood tests showed my levels to all be "optimal"---its all sales there. Isnt medical care supposed to be about the CARE? Their office manager today literally told me that filling my bioidentical scrips (NATURAL medication) is against their moral code and I have to start all over in their system and on their drugs or Ill get CANCER. For real. When I told her I do not believe that, and broke down in tears, she hung up on me. They must have told the front desk to screen my calls because they wont answer. Im now left with begging doctor friends for my NATURAL medication refill, after being treated like an opiates addict.....do not go here! Sadly, Ive referred many people here because I am a wellness author, I know a lot about HRt, I have an online subscriber following of 200k and do lots of large public lectures here locally. I referred folks because of the TYPE of medicine they do. But OMG the unprofessionalism, malpractice, refusal to answer a phone call or fill a scrip or help in any way, I feel I need to find everyone Ive sent to these people and beg their forgiveness. I want my money back. They cant solve the damage to my scarred veins.

I wish I could give 0 stars.. first I was in to recap my blood results (which were all perfectly normal yet she couldnt tell me that over the phone, she insisted I come in spend another 80. To tell me my results are great) Shauna left me waiting inside the waiting room for 45 minutes. There is NO reason to make a patient wait that long, basically shes saying my time isnt as valuable as hers. SO RUDE) I ended up leaving after waiting almost an hour! 2nd and the icing on the cake for me, I received my 3rd bladder ozone treatment for bladder issues, and got a hard core UTI afterwards because the nurse (who was previously great) couldnt get it in right after multiple attempts and was super abnormally painful when inserted.... Pain started in my pelvis the next day and the 2nd da (Easter) EXCRUCIATING PAIN!! Has anyone checked on me to make sure Im ok?? Nope! Nothing! Im completely blown away by their lack of concern of their patients. I am a business owner myself and if I inflicted pain on someone I would bend over backwards to fix the situation. It all around makes me sick. I would avoid this business at all costs, its not worth the pain and suffering I have encountered

After 2 yrs of debilitating illness & meeting many doctors that simply didnt listen & just kept slinging prescriptions at me to try; without searching for the cause & a plan to help me; I found this place. I cant begin to express my gratitude to the staff, but specifically Shauna for a top-notch experience. My initial consult was very thorough & she gave me several recommendations, which I followed & began the process of healing. Its only been 7 weeks & I feel normal again, with more energy than Ive felt in years. I would recommend The Alpine Clinic to anyone truly interested in healing & improving their overall health.

I had really high hopes for this clinic but my experience was horrible, at least with Steven Jones. I hope the rest of the staff doesnt treat their patients like he does. If you want someone who listens to you, treats your symptoms and has a desire to help you get better, then he is not your guy. He tried to get me to take a prescription I was allergic to by telling me it was a low dose so it shouldnt matter (does he know anything about allergies). Then he refused to raise my thyroid medication even though my test results clearly showed that I needed it raised along with all of my symptoms.
