I have taken my family of 6 to this clinic for 6 years. We started going there when my beautiful daughter Ava was born. I selected Dr Mathew Bressie as her pedetrician and liked his manner so much I adopted him as my very own doctor. He was thoughtful, insightful, dillegent and did his homework. He was new to Pacmed so being a new doctor he had that enthuasiam to do a job well and treat his patients like family.I trusted him with my families well being. I dont know what changed but it has. I dont know if its the fact he is a new parent to two children or a big patient load but he doesnt listen. Is not organized. And weither its the lack of communication getting messages to him he will call and call regarding things I had called to report in person at the office or over the phone. I had came to him months ago regarding depression he suggested serequel X-r I had told him that the serequel I had taken a decade before I had had side effects he had said this was different and I should try it. Problem he never sent the needed pre authorization to pharmacy so I never got it. I had several phone calls and even a letter from Bressie over our spring break regarding him wanting the name of the OP that my son was seeing in June. I had already contacted his office 3 times telling him where my son would be seen. And then next day calling again. For me that was it. He no longer manage to prescribe a medication smoothly or input where my son his being seen for his eye check up. I came home and found a letter from Bressie sayinb he is worried my son is not being seen. Enough is enough. I do delay my appointments for my diabetetes but I always follow through with my kids stuff. So I called to say please stop calling and we are seeing new doctor, which we all have since. So I get a call today just days after I see another pychisiciam at pac med from Elizabeth Dr Bressies assistant saying please have your new doctor send your refills, and Im thinking wait I did that. But the thing is he is probably listed as primary since its same office. I called to speak with Elizabeth she wouldnt even talk to me told receptionist to relay to tell my new doctor this stuff. Really how professional is that. Its very disheartening when you think you found a great doctor and they change. Like a passionate teacher who loses his drive because his students let him down. Maybe Bressie isnt the driven idealistic Doctor he once was 6 years ago, what a shame!

I recently went on 12/3/15 and my doctor was cold to me, talked over me and would not listen to my concerns, more annoyed was she at some paperwork she BARELY had to fill out because her nurse did most if it for her. Then she rushed us out, the stomach pain has doubled and I may be going to the ER. More so when I asked her about the pain after my surgery she bold face LIED that shes either never heard of someone having pain afterwards or "well you shouldnt be", when there are full articles and forums based on the pain and the complications afterwards. The surgery was Laparoscopic cholecystectomy and one study showed that 19% of patients have more or the same level of pain afterwards, another study said over 40% I dont know the full pool of people that were involved in the study but I saw a GI specialist before the appointment on the third and she said that people do get pain afterwards, a lot of people.

saw 2 primary care, 1 Dr, 1 nurse practitioner, and 1 lab tech there and will never go again and waste time and money after giving them a 3rd chance. all are absolutely the worst consistently. very lazy and incompetent. will not treat any condition because they are used to provide the bare minimum service to poor people, which is the vast majority of their customers

Have been going to PMC for 28 years and would not change. In every business there are employees that are better than others, and I have decided to switch doctors within PMC when it was not a good fit, but over all I have been very impressed.
