On Jan 31st, 2014, I contacted the Clinic to request an appt. with my PC Dr. Dan Shelton. He has been my Dr. for approx. 32 years. My condition at the time was I had a very painful, inflamed right thumb. Dr. Dan was not available but I was able to get an appt. with Dr. Sherpa. He sent me to have x-rays taken. We looked at them together in his office and it was obvious there was something not quite right. He first said it looked it was dislocated but not broken. He told me you would call me after he got the results from the radiologist. I was in extreme pain due to the fact that I am right handed. It’s very difficult to not use your thumb. I requested a prescription for 5-6 pain pills to at least get me thru until the results of the x-rays came back. He declined me pain medication and said to take Advil. The pain continued to worsen later that evening and into the remaining days. I called Dr. Sherpas office Monday Feb. 3rd, Tuesday Feb 4th and Wednesday Feb 5th leaving messages asking for a few pain pills because nothing OTC was working to relieve the pain. He called me back on Wednesday Feb. 5th saying that my thumb was not dislocated or broken; it was just from “wear and tear.” He instructed me to just keep taking the Advil because there was nothing that could be done. I was so desperate knowing there was more than just “wear and tear” happening. I e-mailed Dr. Shelton pictures along with a request for a 2nd opinion on Sunday Feb. 9th. Dr. Dan’s nurse Jennifer called me back Tuesday the 11th with a diagnosis she read as being DJD – Degenerative Joint Disease. In my opinion, the description sounds nothing like “wear and tear.” Dr. Shelton immediately started the referral process and got me hooked up with an Orthopedic Dr. who I see April 1st. The Dr. also prescribed me 10 painkillers that I managed to make last 9 days. I was finally able to see Dr. Shelton on March 10th, 2014. I was not able to get an appt any earlier due to my work schedule and Dr. Dan was out sick for a week. Already knowing I had an appt with Dr. Hassan on April 1st, Dr. Dan spent a good hour with me. Looking at the same x-rays taken Jan 31st, he said "your thumb is supposed to be straight." In the end his diagnosis was "Osteoarthritis of carpometacarpal joint of right thumb" DR. SHERPAS DIAGNOSIS - RIGHT HAND PAIN - PRIMARY. And on the Appointment Detail Report, the "reason for visit" said LEFT thumb..... I am disgusted by Dr. Sherpas blatant gross negligence. The icing on the cake was receiving a $175 bill with his name on it. If he would have done his job, it would have saved me at least 2 months of the pain and anxiety. This is not over

One and done. I received a missed phone call from the clinic on the same day of my first visit. I hadnt set up the online account yet so I tried to call them back via their business number. I tried to get through 4 times and never spoke to a human being. I waited on hold for 40 minutes twice, and 15 minutes twice. I have no idea why they tried to reach me and now theyre closed. How do they expect to run a business without answering their business lines? I dont care what they think theyre running, because Im running away to another medical provider. If youre thinking about establishing care here, I suggest you run too, unless you have unlimited amounts of time to play around trying to contact them. Wish I wouldve read the reviews on Yelp and Google first.

We love Dr. Warwick and his m/a Shauna. When my husband was so ill Dr. Warwick took such good care of him. I also see him. My husband was in last week, Dr. Warwick for some things we may have to see another Dr. We dont want to see another Dr. We are older and have seen many Drs. Until we moved here to Washington and started seeing Dr. Warwick, we did not realize there were still great Drs left. He listens to what we say and he helps us. He really listens to patients. We want to thank him for that. And thank Shauna for being so good and caring. Other nurses have you in and out and dont listen, let alone take your blood preasure. So we Just love them. Thank you so much. John and Lynn Purdin

Dr Ramiro is my provider and was very unpleased with his staff. I was supposed to get tested for industrial allergen but got tested for food allergen also. They said I agreed to both testing. Well, I did not. I was told by Dr Ramiro that I was being tested for only Industrial allergens only. I was mailed a $400 bill for both. We are trying to resolve the issue but to no avail. Clinic Manager Mary was also contacted but only laughed. Where are their values? CHI needs to correct this unprofessional act of laughing at their patients on the phone. I will be looking for another provider. This clinic is also outdated and needs an uplift.

VERY good doctor. Very informed and listens well to patient. Did not need to request 50 year exam he suggested it to me and did the referral process which was flawless. Would recommend Dr. Ramiro without any hesitations to any patient young or old. Almost forget to mention Dr. Sharma. Dr. Sharma is equally as good as Dr. Ramiro. Very nice demeanor and respectful doctor. Both are equally as good as the other which in this case means they are great. I dont normally review my doctor but was so impressed by these two gentlemen that I felt compelled to pass along some praise.

I have been there a few times. I called the day before to see if I could get in because my sholder was hurting me. I told the person I talked to the day before my story. I have insurance I pay for and was willing to pay my co pay. I went the next day for a walk in appointment and waited like 45 mins then was told they couldnt see me because it could be Land I. The doctors I have seen there were great. The front desk workers are not good.

My family and for years have seen Dr.David Cooper until he retired and now my family sees Dr.Sharma. We love to see Dr.Sharma because he takes his time to see us and he seems to care for his patients. Weve seen other Doctors in the same clinic and we would say Dr.Sharma is one the greatest. The clinics front staff is great too very professional and kind. Thank you Dr.Sharma for your care.

Quite Good, I had my Dr of 15 years retire, I was seeking a clinic that i could get in on short notice, same day preferably, in Federal Way. I called and visited several clinics and Physicians. Dr "Dan" Shelton is an awesome Family Practice D.O.. The clinic allows me to get in with another physician if Dr Dan is booked, only had to do it once, due to his vacation.
