Fast and efficient blood draws. However, this lab is terrible about faxing paperwork in a timely manner and you cant get a real person on their telephone line unless you need to discuss your bill, and then your bill is all that person knows about. Took them a month to fax the results of a pregnancy related blood draw to my Drs office, and that was only because I went in, in person and complained. They need a better customer service system!

Initial wait was 20 min after one hour I called back and the desk clerk was moving really slow not caring that Im doing the pee dance kept stopping herself to talk to me finally I pee without the cup and she words as I refusing to take the test no..... I cant spend another hour with u moving slow u shouldnt be working there u clearly dont care about your job or the people. Horrible Customer service

My nephew went in for a DOT drug screening, which they screwed up the chain of custody paperwork. Then trying to call to get them to fix it, I had to spend over 45 minutes on the phone trying to figure out how to contact an actual person. The customer service has to be the worst I have ever had to deal with.

Ive used these fine people many times in getting pre-employment drug screens. They have always been courteous, professional, and have gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. You cant find better service than this.
