I called to see about tests I needed done in order to work out of the country. Rather than helping me by looking up prices, Sara, the receptionist, choose to transfer me to someone she knew wasnt in the office so I could leave a voice mail and wait to hear back. Ive been dealing with this medical "system" for weeks now and have no time for crap like this.
