I take nothing from rhe amazing doctors but his staff has got to go. It would be 0 stars if it werent for the doctors. My first visit I was covered in blood and I was being ignored by the front desk. Finally a nice lady noticed and asked if I had insurance and took me back right away. Her co-worker insisted I waited. She said its all on you and rolled her eyes. After I saw the doctor, it was all smooth sailing from there. The doctor was amazing. My 2nd visit was horrible. Again covered in blood and ignored until I said I lost a lot of blood and felt dizzy. The nurse that came in was a cluck and didnt seem like she was sure of anything she was doing asking me to help hold the gauze a few times while she attempts to wrap my finger with tape. The doctor comes in and was very informative, assuring and nice. He cuts this gel foam to size and covers my wound. He then left to leave the cluck to wrap my finger . She messes up and says "o shoot." We both knew the gel foam fell out and she plaid dumb like she didnt know. She then gave me some gauze and tape to send me on my way in a rush. She told me its the same as the gel foam and i can do it myself. I asked to see the doctor twice and she asked why and gave me two separate excuses. After asking for the third time, she went and got the real doctor. She obviously lied to him so he immediately comes in explaining again that I need the foam to heal from the inside out. I interrupted him and asked if I needed the foam because it fell off. He says "o yea we definitely need to start all over." The doctor for the second time had to leave the room to fine more gel foam because his staff misplaced it. I showed him the gauze and tape given to me and asked if it worked the same and if I could do it myself. He said i could use it but its definitely not the same. He finishes patching me up and tells the cluck to come back in and look to make sure she knew the gel foam had to stay on. She agaib does a crappy job wrapping my finger. After the doctors, I went back to finish my job which made me late to pick up my prescriptions. I didnt know I could bring a printed prescription, no one asked me. They just asked me where the closest pharmacy to my house was. Sure enough the pharmacy closed early so I called Pac-Gen and asked for them to send it elsewhere. The so-called nurse on the phone was really rude and unprofessional scolding me like im a kid about having to send the prescription to another olace abd giving me an attitude when I asked to try different antibiotics. She told me to call her back while she consults with the doctors. Dont get me wrong, im no pushover, I just try to avoid confrontation because it would go there to a "dark place." So my wife calls back for me and schools her. She was being rude to my wife as well and when asked for her name, she hung up. My wife calls her back and calls her out on hanging up on her. After that, the "nurse" was being nice and was actually doing her job. Bottom line, you only go here if you have to. The doctors are amazing but most of the staff sucks and all seem like they are on their periods. They shouldnt give advice if they dont know what they are talking about. They need undercover boss up in that place. Foreal!

I have been in worse clinics ,then again, I allso been to alot better clinics. I dont go to the dr. Unless I have no other choice, anyway the nurse asked if I had ever had a drug probilem, I replied no.asked about alcahol ,in witch I replyed rearly . Then Again she asked about drug history, when again I replyed no she got a puzzeled look on her face,as she asks. . .Never???? And with that My reply was well when I was alot younger, I used mary jane/ pot / skunk. . . . Weed. But I never found that I had a probilem. I gess because I have a tattoo wearing jeans, sweats no makeup on. . . .Lets remember here (medical clinic / Dr. ) I WAS SICK ,thats why I was there anyway.Dr. Kietzer confermed that I was batteling something. My symptems were as follow sore throught, stuffy head w/ couph, dizzy ,ear dranage, muffeled hearing and savere ear pain.I felt that whatever I had was possiby getting worse.Hmmmm ,I was never informed about my illness.Dont know my temp.waight or what my bp was. However he did say that my ear infection was in no way caused by my othet simptiems it was do to shampoo and water.LMAO! Really??? I have taken showers for almost 40 yrs and this is the first ear infection.the last was when I was 3 due to chicken pox and mesaels at the same time. After that I never even had an ear ace. O well ,You decide as for me will not b going back.:just thought people wanted to know.

After reading these laughable reviews I can say Im not surprised by some. Dont believe the hype. People why would office staff deal with someone covered in blood! They are there to check you in! This is not urgent care or an ER, its a walk in clinic, so services are limited. My personal experience is different. Ive never been treated rudely but I must say if Dr Tsoi is not there, neither am I. The other doctor wanted to give me steroids to help control an autoimmune disease he told me he dont believe is real. I told him no thank you and refuse to see any other doctor now. How do you treat what you dont believe in and try to convince me to take something that I told him I had bad experiences with and is an ugly medicine with diabetes and death as a side effect. Dr. Tsoi gave me real coping suggestions and advised me on things that actually work and help me without drugs! Like a change in diet, now Im down 20lbs and go in today to get blood work results! When you live in constant pain you want a doctor that listens and not just throw a new prescription at it. I am down to 2 medications now. People dont get into your feeling when no one babies you at a busy walk-in clinic and if you have an emergency go to the ER! This is a good clinic and my doctor is GREAT! Like I said, Im cool on the other doctor. Thank you Dr. Tsoi

When I went in, I informed the front desk that I had never been there before. Usually when youre a new patient somewhere, they have you fill out a general medical history form and whatnot. But instead, after 30 minutes of waiting in the lobby area, I was taken back to a room where a MA asked me the questions that I normally would have filled out myself and I had to repeat my answers several times and I dont think they were all filled out correctly. I went in for a yeast infection, resulting from anti-biotics. Being nearly 28, I have had and dealt with yeast infections before. I was left sitting in a room for another 45 minutes or so, and then they took me to a different room entirely. The MA told me to remove my bottom clothing and put my feet up in the stirrups and got out a speculum and the things needed to perform a pelvic exam. After 2.5 hours there, finally a doctor comes in and talks to me for all of 30 seconds. He said there was no point putting me through all the trouble of the pelvic (Yeah...I could have told you that.) and said he was going to give me three diflucan pills and then left and I was sent on my way. The only thing about that visit that was good was that I got the medication needed.
