Absolutely horrible clinic, I completely agree with the other reviewers who had thought this was a total waste of money to see any of these doctors. You basically go in there, they dont listen to you, youre handed a prescription and they kick you out. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. What you are worth to them is equivalent to the dollar bills youll be forking over to see several specialists at the same clinic who are just as awful as the first doctor you had visited. I had seen a dermatologist for rashes that were all over my arms and legs and feet and they were bleeding and pussing out. Guess what she said???? Its just eczema heres some steroid cream that youve already tried. I then told her I had already tried that for 3 months and all she said was that I should put some lotion over my itchy bleeding arms and legs that I felt like were about to fall off from all the itching. A total idiot, she should definitely be fired. If you are reading this and you still decide to go to that clinic, walk in and tell the dermatology department about this story so that at least they can be informed about the worst doctor on the planet, hands down! (Because there is no way in hell that I am going to go back to that clinic, Im staying 10 miles away I wouldnt even go near another doctor at that clinic.) That was only ONE of the horrible doctors that I saw, not to mention a gastroenterologist (Dr. Bredfeldt) who thought that I just needed acid reflux medication that I had already been on for a year for intestinal issues that were making me not sleep practically ever, a foot surgeon who completely missed the glass in my foot during surgery and a senile general practitioner who thought the solution to all digestive health problems was heating more oatmeal, which actually causes more digestive health issues than it actually resolves. NEVER GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!! THIS IS A BIG BIG BIG WASTE OF YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!!!!!

I went here once, and never again will I go back. I went here to start seeing a new neurologist after we moved farther away from my old one, I went up to the neurology office upstairs, told the lady at the desk who I was, when my appt was, etc, and she said ok and I sat down. Never did anyone tell me you have to check in downstairs, so I am sitting in the waiting room, waiting, 10, 20, 40 minutes past my hour long appointment, and I ask how much longer, about to just walk out. She asks me my name again and I tell her, only to have the nurse over hear my name and be like OMG we have been waiting for you! Have you been here all this time? Not impressed. So I finally got in to see the doctor, who I do not feel really listened to me, blew off quite serious issues with headaches and vision I was having, and just did not seem to really care about what was going on with me at all. I have MS and the Dr. just said "those problems are quite common with MS, its nothing to worry about" I left the office with a follow up appointment scheduled, but cancelled the day after and will never go back. I went back to my previous neurologist and they could not believe how I was treated, turns out the and promptly put me on some IV steroids for swelling around my brain. Yeah, that was really nothing to worry about. I would avoid this place at all costs if you are looking for a neurologist, other Drs here may be fine, I cant say. If you have MS/need a good neurologist, check out the UW Multiple Sclerosis center. Further away, but phenomenal staff and environment.

Love our pediatrician Dr. Corrie Takahashi. Shes great with my kids. Listens to all our questions and problems. Shes very thorough and my kids LOVE her. My youngest has a few medical issues and Dr. Takahashi is always on top of it. We have had to go to a few others while Dr. Takahashi was out...love Drs. Fasullo and Fox as well. Quality doctors who really care about their patients. We had a pediatrician at MultiCare...could not stand her. Dismissed everything I said, always late for appointments and then rushed us, nurses were horrible, and it took forever to get referrals made or done. I finally went ahead and scheduled appointments with specialists for my daughter by myself and low and behold I was right to do it. Thankfully insurance covered it after I argued with MultiCare pediatrician to get referral done! Would never use MultiCare again. Love Virginia Mason. Everything is there at the clinic (X-ray, lab, PT etc) so its one stop. Also have Dr. Ericksson and shes a wonderful ENT. Couldnt be happier with the care we get at this clinic.

Every Dr. I have seen at this clinic has been so stupid. I have no idea where they find there Dr. But I have gotten bad info from so many of them. They dont know how to help they always say everything looks fine. You can get this test, but it probably wouldnt help. My son 4 months has been puking ever since he came out I have stressed my concerns to the dr and he was really not helpful at all. The OBGYN i saw when I got my IUD said that she had just read the pamphlet for the IUD recently and she has worked there for a while. The General dr I saw for symptoms I have been having said you just got a cold, strep, and another cold, and the reason your vision is fuzzy is because you have not got any sleep. They dont really care how you are feeling or what they can do to help. I am never going back or giving them any more money. Stay away go some place better I am

I have had bad experiences in the past, but never had a medical professional document something in my file that was completely false...stating a medical condition was under control when, by their own numbers, it was not. I have been sent to specialists when there was no need to see a specialist and was denied acess to a specialist I needed to see for a life threatening condition. Hearing loss? Go see the specialist for ten minutes to be told that you are getting old and pay him over $400. Diabetes? Blood sugar test is off the charts, but it is under control... They make military hospitals look good...

I think this is the best clinic in Federal Way. Our family has been going there for over 20 years. Weve seen several doctors over the years from Internal Medicine to Pediatrics to OB/GYN and various other specialties. Overall weve been very happy with our experiences and feel the providers and administrative staff are very caring and professional! A few years ago there was some high turnover with doctors, but that seems to have stabilized. We also had some confusion with billing in the past, but they have improved their processes and we havent had any issues for years. I would recommend

I specifically want to recognize Dr. Jil Johnson for being an excellent doctor. Ive always been nervous going to the doctor but Dr. Johnson made me feel so comfortable and she seemed genuinely interested in simple things, like my hobbies and work and such. I also came with questions about medications I was taking and she confidently answered all my questions and diminished all my concerns. Dr. Johnson was very personable, patient, and didnt rush me like other doctors have done in the past. Im happy to have found a doctor who I feel is also genuinely interested in my health and concerns.
