I love my childs doctor here, but the front service is really poor. They open at 7:30, but even is 8:00am and Im trying to schedule an appointment before going to work and they dont answer the phone. that happens always and finally when they answer the phone they put you on hold for ever. Leaving a voice message is stupid because you will never get a call back.

Customer service is non existent. If they have high call volume it is better to let customers know how long the wait time is. Maybe put them on the que for callbacks. Making people wait with the looped elevator music for hours on end is really a clear ploy to frustrate customers. This is something I would expect calling the IRS, not a physicians clinic.

My experiences at Ballinger have been numerous and always accommodating and efficient. My Primary Care doctor Alina Urriola has seen me through everything from serious internal maladies to back injuries while maintaining a sincere interest in me and my well being. True for the PAs and MAs too. Its been a great neighborhood clinic.

Dr. Reid has been my doctor for the last five years and I have to say that she is the best doctor that I have ever had. She is intelligent, smart and very caring. If you are looking for a great doctor then I would definitely recommend that you go here.
