This place is such a mess that even its employees dont know where anything is! We were told on the phone and the follow-up email that the appontment was to be at Lobby 2, Suite 120. When we got there, we found there was no Suite120, and so we looked around and saw the doctors name on the placard in front of Suite 130. We went to go in, but the doors were locked. Apparently, everything goes on lock down at lunchtime and there is no place to sit while waiting for everyone to return from lunch. Because the restrooms are by key access only, you also get to do the potty dance, as you stand by the door, waiting for human contact. In all honesty, this is the worst medical facility I have ever encountered! Perhaps there will be an improvement when the focus shifts from being employee-based to client-based. Until then, I will avoid this place at all cost.

This review is for labor and delivery department only. Gave birth here a couple months ago and had a really wonderful experience with my stay. They offer laughing gas and it came very handy since I planned for natural childbirth, said no to epidural or IV painkillers but couldnt tolerate the pain in the very end. Its instant, definitely takes the edge off and you only use the mask when you need to, seems like a very reasonable pain management option to me.Nurses were great, I received a lot of good advice and help from them, baby got checked often. Hope to have more children at this facility. Keep up the good work!

This is top tier facility, state of the art technology! We think so highly of UCSF as a whole that we travel 2+ hours to receive the best cute!Have had great experiences at UCSF on Parnasus with the births of two of our younger children. So we were really delighted at the opportunity to birth or twin boys. Five stars hands done from doctors, nurses, housekeeping, food service workers and so on, any and everyone we encountered in the 7 month period was two thumbs up!

I was recommended here for a second opinion by a doctor from another hospital in regard to my medical condition and it was the best decision that was made for me in regard to my medical situations .the service was was fantastic and the doctors were great thank God for this facility.

The best HOSPITAL for pregnant ladies the month and half I was there before delivering my daughter @ 32weeks. Couldnt have been any better great on Drs wonderfull nurses nures n Drs kept me happy while being 3hours from home. Love. Love this hospital

Brand new....only one year old. Quiet and private. Room had a view!! 60 inch flat screen TV ! State of the art equipment. Excellent doctors all at the top of their field. They took excellent care of my Cousin twice now.

The place isnt as good as the one in Santa Clara county. The people took forever and we havent got results back from the doctor.... Dont go here unless, you want to get your results back in a year or something

The staff is generally great, but the reason we go there is they transplanted my sons kidney over a year ago and our baby is thriving and healthy. His transplant was done at 5 months 13lbs.
